Lucas was great at Mission. I appreciate that they send the same technician because I have a unit in a golf bay and he knows how to access it and does everything efficiently and well. Really appreciate the work that Lucas and the Mission team do to help me keep my climate controlled promise to my customers!

Kimbra was a pleasure to work with. She had me scheduled supper fast. James and Brad where also great. Showed up got to work and had the job complete in a very timely manner. Was very professional, cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them and your company.

It was easy and quick to schedule the work, they arrived promptly as promised; the tech is polite and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair in short order. Mission Mechanical should add 'MIRACLE' to their name! My furnace went out two days before a bad winter storm hit Indianapolis. I was referred to Mission, and the owner made sure to get me on the schedule for a new install right away (I wish I remembered his name). Chris and his team worked diligently to get my new furnace and AC unit installed just in the nick of time. I have a three year old son, so I appreciated being able to pick him up from daycare and bring him back to a warm home. Chris came out a week later for a quality inspection and everything looked good. Diana in accounting was also a pleasure to work with! She was easy to communicate with and very patient as we worked through my best options for payment. Overall, I'm thankful for the good people at Mission. 10/10 recommend!

Lukas was excellent! Help my family and me get our new thermostat wired properly and got our furnace back up and running, all over the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, very patient. Mission mechanical and Lukas definitely are worth their salt!
