Minutemen Sewer & Drain

These dudes rock. My drain in my basement was behind clogged. Years of buildup and Joe was dispatched within an hour. After using a snake the size of a mini fridge for a couple hours he had to call in the water jet machine which blasted that drain squeaky clean. Lesson to everyone if you buy something that says flushable it's bullshit. Will highly recommend you guys to everyone. Fair price , punctual and beyond professional. Joe was a rockstar.

We got things done same day Service! Price was very high for us but we need to get done things bse we had no heating and hot water while still have some cold in house! We don't want to keep changing people to come fix things in house so we will definitely call them again if we need them! But we prefer them to be very reasonable price for us please! Thanks for all! Really appreciated!

I had an emergency where there was water in my walls and floor and didn’t know where it was coming from. Bill came out quickly, knew who to call, and got my issue resolved the same day. His pricing was excellent, as was the quality of his work. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. On the day of my son's birthday party, we lost heat and hot water. It was Saturday. I called the office and spoke with Jerry. He sent Victor over within the hour. Victor identified a broken part on the furnace. The part was very specialized. He quickly called at least 6 plumbing supply stores before they closed. None of the them stocked the the part. Luckily, he found a temporarily workaround that gave us heat and hot water for the weekend. On Monday morning, he drove 3 hours round trip to Riverhead to get the part we needed. He said he would have driven to Connecticut if need be. That is what I call dedication! Ironically enough, I was having problems with my upstairs toilet around that time. It was getting clogged easily. Victor sent his brother, Mike over later that day. Mike snaked the toilet and came back the following week to hyrdo jet the waste line from the trap and put a special enzyme in the line. He was very thorough and took extra care not to soil the carpet in my basement and wore shoe coverings. Since then I have not had any issues! I am so grateful to Victor and Mike for their help. Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They are the epitome of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Minutemen Sewer and Drain for all of your plumbing needs! Thank you team!

Pipes broke due to the cold weather in the garage. Fixed two days ago at a different spot by another company that charged $200 extra, left the line going to the sprinklers open, which probably caused the second break. However the serviceman from Minutemen took the time to explain what to do to avoid it from happening again, and guess what? Temps in my garage dropped even lower over the weekend for the next 3 days and no waterfalls were coming from the wall :)) Reasonable prices, speedy service, helpful staff at the office (whoever answered my call was helpful and followed up quickly), and the tech who came to the house was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I have plumbing issues again, I am calling them again. Thanks 🙏🏼 😊
