I d like to share my positive experience with Minuteman Plumbing. When I called to inquire about service for my home, Annesa couldn’t have been more friendly annd understanding my request. She scheduled an appointment for an estimator see the job. David came out to the house on time and he quickly evaluated the job and I received an email quote detailing what they were going to do. Once I approved the quote I got on the schedule and within a few days Alex came (on time) out do the work. Alex is experienced and I watched him I few times throughout the job. I could tell he takes great pride in his work and did an excellent job. My wife was impressed with both David and Alex for putting on disposable boot covers to protector our floors (each and every time they came in/out). Minuteman’s pricing was fair and I could be happier with them, and I think you will too.

Bought a house in Torrington recently, needed a couple valves replaced. Seen MinuteMen was close and they were Family Owned and Operated. Made an appointment a day later had a technician at my house first thing in the morning. Kenny was great, friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He answered all my questions I had, asked him to check another leak I notice the night before, found the issue as well. After he was done asked him about quoting central air install, he spoke with Mike his boss and took measurements and photos. The price for my plumbing issues was great and fair. I’ll only be calling MinuteMen for my Plumbing and HVAC needs.

They do great work and respond back to us timely. If they’re running late, they always give us a heads up and do their best to be as convenient as possible for us. Alex is the best. He found out the problem with our last furnace and did a great job putting in our new one and keeping it serviced. So long as he's doing the work, we will always use this company.

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for future needs. They are prompt and our furnace issue became complex. They came out 3 days right away to look and solved all our problems. Super personable and friendly as well!
