Wayne did a great job for us this week. We needed a sump pump replaced on our outside patio, and we were able to get an appointment within two days of calling, even though it wasn't an emergency. The day before the appointment, our garbage disposal started leaking and the sink shutoff valves stopped working. They had no problem adding those repairs to the list. Wayne was respectful and even took his shoes off before entering the house without being asked. He has a friendly, non-imposing demeanor and never seemed bothered when I asked several questions throughout the job. The sump pump and valves he selected were top quality, which I was happy to pay for because they should last much longer than cheaper alternatives. I'm so glad we found this company. They clearly take the time to hire experienced, skilled, and respectful professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Minuteman P&H has been great from the start. From the set up of my appointment to communicating all along with any needs or concerns I have had. My technician Jon was very knowledgeable with diagnosing & explaining the potential problems that were happening with my A/C & HVAC system, & what needs to be done going forward. He still showed up on a Friday afternoon with a great attitude and a smile, ready to tackle a big job. Things didn’t go perfectly smoothly, but he kept his cool, problem-solved throughout, and even found time at the end to help me with an additional task. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, solution-oriented, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Great prices and availability too. Highly recommend Minuteman Plumbing. Great service. I called for a heating system that stopped working and I received a call back immediately. I explained what the issue was and within a couple of hours they sent two great guys, Wayne and Ian. They analyzed and identified the problem, made an estimate right away and once I accepted it, they ran to Home Depot to get what they needed. They explained to me the whole work, what needed to be done. I liked that they did not try to sell anything else than the job they had to do (my boiler is really.old, so it would have been easy to push a new system). Spent the whole afternoon working on it and problem was solved. Really happy with the work, the whole experience of interacting with this company and I think the price was also fair. Will definitely hire them again.

It can be difficult finding solid people you can count on to get work done, so I am always grateful when I do. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron with Minuteman Plumbing. He was exactly who you'd want to work with from start to finish. This was for an instant hot water heater service along with some overdue maintenance concerns. Aaron walked me through everything he saw that would be good to fix (corroded pipes, gas and water), some things that could be fixed but likely wouldn't be too big of an issue if not, and was able to knock everything out that day. Pricing was reasonable (I recommend the membership) and the work looks and functions great.
