When I called to schedule the appointment, the person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable, and even gave me a good estimate since we already knew the lift pump needed to be replaced. Miller Brothers Plumbing & HVAC is a great local company that really cares about their work. I called to set up an appointment for a water heater replacement in Loveland and got a call back quickly. I spoke with Bryce, who took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. The installation was done very professionally—new hard piping was put in for the gas line instead of the old flex pipe, a T-branch was added for the humidifier water feed, a PRV was set up downstairs, and the expansion tank was installed neatly out of the way. The plumber showed up right on time and got our hot water working again fast. They really know their plumbing and made sure we understood what was being done.
