Mike Diamond Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

I am a contractor and am very aware that some contractors look to take advantage of those who have no knowledge in the construction field and look to take advantage of the people especially the women of the house. That being said, I was not home during the time Jose came to provide the service. I was surprised to find that he kept me in the loop via pictures and video. We had had another company come the day before, and felt like we were just being hustled. Jose on the other hand was not only very professional, but my wife felt very comfortable with him and his explanations as to what was going on. My wife called me at work and said she was so glad we contacted Mike Diamond Plumbing. She was so happy with the process and how Jose conducted himself she said when we call for other services she said she would request Jose and his helper. We are more than pleased with Jose's help and service. Can't say enough.

Drain clog cleared for the 99.00 technician was presentable and clean.since one fixture goes into a Y then theres another charge, also "Coincidentally" the toilet was leaking under house (i was watching at crawl space as he went toward toilet ) timing/distraction ??? to go flush toilet ??? Something happened??? Toilet reset Excessive cost over 530.00, i did myself under 100.00

Joseph and Steve were really great - showed up on time, easily diagnosed the issue and then solved it. It took some perseverance but we got there and it was an unbeatable result for the cost.
