Very happy with the service and professionalism. I reached out through Thumbtack and was called back just a few minutes later. Nick was able to come the same day, look over the project area and the fuse panel, and gave several options for how to complete my lighting project. Price was fair and scheduling was very flexible. Justin came to do the installation a couple of days later and he was also quick, clean, and professional. I plan to use this company again for future projects. I cannot say enough, good things about my experience with mighty plumbing. I got a new mini split in my workshop, which was installed very professionally and cleanly. When the electrician came to connect it I had him look at my breaker box in the workshop because I had a feeling some things were not up to Code. He opened it and we immediately saw there was arcing in it. Ishmael Gonzalez was the electrician. He told me that I should get a new subpanel and that whoever had done it before the wiring was under gauged. He then went in my crawlspace and saw that my house was also not grounded and up to Code since it is an older house. My main breaker box was only rated for 125 Amps and we could upgraded it to 200 Amps. He told me he could get everything done the next day. He arrived at 9:45 AM and didn’t leave till after 10 PM. The guy just crushed it. He was awesome to work with. I kept asking him if he could get it all done in one day and he kept reassuring me I am not leaving till it’s all done. Sure enough he got everything done. I will be requesting him for any future electrical jobs. I do believe they are a bit expensive but when I received the quality of work he provided, I am more than willing to pay more for it.

Furnace installation. My experience with Mighty Heating was very good. Johnny did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem and explaining the work that needed to be done. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Angel and Cody were efficient, polite and profession during the install and got everything up and running as quickly as possible. Elliott (project manager) did a great job of explaining all of the options for the repair. Everyone listened well to my questions and concerns.

I had a new electric water heater installed and seemed to go okay. Michael seemed very eager and capable. The electrician Greg(?) was good. But I took 2 stars off for my experience after the installation. I got texts from 4 + different numbers/people. Very confusing to deal with so many people from the same company and having to repeat myself. And being asked for a review for each person as well as the company as a whole. I called the office because I had a couple questions/concerns I wanted addressed specifically a humming noise that started with the installation. They did send a technician back out and these concerns were dismissed as not related to the water heater but coming from the furnace. I had a HVAC tech from another company come out and check the source of the noise. He found that the condensation pump was making the noise and its red alarm light was on. The new water heater has a hose that is connected to it. So it will need to be replaced to avoid a flood disaster! He found also some a hose clamp had not been tightened. Thirdly my interaction with Loreen (sp?) the financial controller is mainly why I dock a star on the review. A couple days after the installation she calls (installation was on Friday before MLK Day).. She wanted to know why I hadn’t paid the balance which is due on completion. I explained why I was reluctant to pay the remaining balance until issues were resolved. She asked do I have hot water and was the heater installed completely to which I had to say yes. She said then the balance is due on completion. I felt like she was a prosecuting attorney and I was the defendant and it was like a gotcha moment for her. As a customer I don’t like being talked to like that. This last interaction really upset me. I initially called them for the $49 hot water heater flush and end up buying a whole new unit which is my fault for not pausing to think about it before approving the purchase. I would not continue dealing with them other than for the warranty on the wat r heater. My preference is I like dealing with a smaller operation with a more personal approach.

Stay far away from this company! I wasn't going to leave a review for this company because I dont like leaving bad reviews. This company is absolutely RELENTLESS!!! I decided to go with a different contractor to do my electrical work. This company would NOT STOP bugging me!!! Text after text, email after email!!! The sent me 3 requests for a review, even after I told them to leave me alone!!! Thier bid on my project was very over priced. Then they would not leave me alone!!! Its like a creepy ex that will not take a hint!

He noticed some inconsistencies while doing a routine check and was able to TS and increase the efficiency of my HVAC and humidifier. 20251031: fantastic service and professionalism from Matt Hurley, Quality Control Manager who installed a humidifier system for my home. Took time to explain what was done and also answered all my questions in simple terms. Needed duct cleaning and humidifier installation for my home. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac V. for my furnace and AC inspection, and I couldn't be more impressed. Johnny and Elliot were awesome with explaining the replacement of our furnace. Our furnace is 50+ years old so it is time. I like the fact they are locally owned and operated. Installation is scheduled for Monday, so I can do another review post install. Pre-Install photo attached. Post-Install Christoper was awesome. I will recommend him any time. He completed a huge amount of work in a short time frame. He replaced my boiler and water heater at the same time. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and does a great job. He kept me updated throughout the day so there were no surprises, just a great finished product.

I used this company to clean out my main drain at my home. I've never had anyone be as thorough and do such a great job cleaning out my drain as Danny did. I have the knowledge and proof that I need about my drain right now that I would have never had had I not use this company. He did an outstanding job using the camera, showing me before and after cleaning, the condition of my pipe, and gave me an estimate on different ways to go in the event I decide to get it resolved or replaced. I highly recommend them for cleaning out drains, and if they are this good in plumbing work, they will be hard to beat

Today we woke with our cooling system needing a water line repair. We reached out to Mighty Plumbing and they sent out a service representative by the name of Cameron Smith. In a short story (you guys should give this young man a raise.) Cameron was exactly the type of person you’d like to invite to your home. Professional, great worker, and knowledgeable. We’ve been working with this company for several years, always with excellent service. This call was a routine plumbing courtesy check including a water heater flush. They replaced our HVAC system two years ago and it’s working perfectly. They are very proactive about setting up courtesy calls to make sure everything keeps running that way. Highly recommend them.
