Every day I see one of your company truck driving reckless thru the 91 to the 710 fwy
My company called Midtown plumbing to unclog a pipe, they came at 10am and then the plumber realized his truck was broken into from the previous night (ok that’s understandable) he couldn’t perform the work because he couldn’t access his tools. He also stated that he spoke to the office and they were sending out “the on call” person to do the work. It is now 3:30 and no one has shown up. When i called the office to ask about the ETA of the plumber who was supposed to come out, they said that we will now be charged Overtime! It’s seems like they were waiting for it to be too late so they can over charge. I Do NOT recommended this company, they don’t have good business practices! My company will not be using their services anymore.
Just went there to make a delivery, what was able to get in and out very quickly.
