This review is long overdue. I’ve relied on Micheal & Sons Plumbing for several years for all my plumbing needs. They always arrive right when they say they will and have never let me down when fixing leaks or clogs. The team takes the time to explain if any extra work might be needed, and every plumber I’ve met has been friendly and really knows what they’re doing. I appreciate that someone always picks up the phone, and in case of a plumbing emergency, they do everything they can to send a plumber out quickly. Most recently, Collin came out for an after-hours call at my property in Duncanville. He kept me updated the whole time about what was going on and explained the fixes step by step. He even followed up the next morning, just like he promised, to let me know the next steps. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

Erik from Micheal & Sons Plumbing came out to take care of our tankless water heater and did a great job. I asked if I could watch so I could learn the right way to do the maintenance, and he was very patient, walking me through every step. He put down rags to protect our floors and made sure to clean up any water right away. Erik ran a descaling solution through the heater for the recommended amount of time, then finished with a cold water rinse and made sure all the valves and electrical connections were set correctly. After everything was done, he left the area spotless. He also let us know we could reach out with any questions later on. I called this company to schedule an appointment. The lady that answered the phone hung up on me. I give them a zero.

Replaced my valve and demanded cash and promised to send me receipt. I did not receive the receipt and contacted 469-554-5603 and no answer the phone, no reply to text message. I am still waiting for the receipt. I would give a zero star if that is allowed.

Unfortunately, the foreman hadn’t informed the journeyman about another broken regulator, so the initial fix didn’t solve the problem right away. After another half hour, they managed to get everything back together. Since the pipes had been exposed for a while, they ended up being frozen when the new fix was opened. They offered to use electrical heating, and when I asked about the price, the foreman quoted '$350-400' over the phone for two hours of service. I inquired how long the heating would take, and the journeyman and apprentice said '30 min.' I thought it would be an additional $50-100. However, the final bill came to $640, which included an unexpected $175 charge for connecting a battery charger to the lines. While I appreciated their friendly demeanor, I was surprised by the unannounced fee. Overall, I felt they did their best to resolve the situation.
