Thankfully, Michael came out immediately after the call and that same day snaked the shower drain which was clogged. He also addressed the slow running sink, replaced 2 faucet cartridges in the laundry sink, installed a new kitchen faucet, and even reconnected our garbage disposal before we even asked! There are probably even more things that I’m forgetting to mention. He took the time to look at all the issues in our bathrooms, kitchen, garage, and outdoor plumbing. We really appreciate his professionalism and the several hours he spent fixing a variety of issues. Thank you, Michael!

Had a pipe issue at my home. Sewage was backing up into our yard through out clean out. We tried snaking it ourselves for hours with no success, called a local plumber I knew out and he cleaned it out and he sent a camera down and we saw there was a disconnected pipe or offset from my house’s pipe to the main city pipe which was causing the backup. It needed to be dug up and replaced which obviously was not the news I wanted to hear but it needed to be fixed. He recommended Michael as he does this type of pipe replacement. Michael came right out and checked the camera view told us what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. We called Michael out when we got the money together, he came right out, set up everything, walked us through the process, did all the permits, met with and pge to mark all the gas lines and then the next day he and his crew got to work. Got it fixed up, there was minimal to no disruption to our daily life at all during the repair. He and his crew were very thorough and the job was well done. You can tell when contractors cut corners and there were no corners cut at all, all work was documented and he gave updates. Job as done well and water is flowing and haven’t had issues since. Quick responds. a nice guy got the job done professionally. Got a main sewer line clog last night. Found this plumber locally in Google. Called this morning and he came in an hour. After I explained my finding, he confirmed the main sewer line clogged. Did the snake in first cleanout, not working. Then moved and Snake in the cleanout (2nd) closer to the street . It really took some effort. We both started wondering if a big issue underneath the sidewalk thru the city sewer line. Lucky, at the last , the snake went thru, the dirt was drained. Clog was removed. Then we went thru the camera detection together. A pipe connection has issue, as shown. He explained the issue and quoted for future solutions , budget or pricy. Overall, a good and smooth experience.

After replacing water heater we had emergency need to have plumbing issues fixed due to galvanized piping which caused hot water back up/clogs. Michael came to the rescue with crew and was able to fix everything. This was at my rental so there were several problems that were not reported to me and I was unaware of. Michael ran everything by me and made sure that the entire house, including dishwasher, garbage disposal, electrical to the garbage disposal, and all faucets and spouts, etc. in kitchen and both bathrooms were in excellent working condition. All showers, faucets and hose lines were blown out. I highly recommend Michael Gardner Plumbing and will definitely be using his services in the future as needed.

First of all I handled this all remotely and the scheduling could not have been easier. Michael is local (which we prefer) and was only supposed to come do the estimate for leaky faucets and incomplete water supply shutoff on both faucets and then return to do the work another day. After speaking with him on the phone, he thoroughly explained what was entailed and mentioned that he could start immediately. Long story short four angle stops and 4 cartridge replacements in about 2-3 hours. Included estimate, a trip to Home Depot and the actual work. If you need a great local plumber, he’s your guy! Extremely happy with the work And the minimal down time!

This man showed up at what can only be described as an unholy hour—somewhere between “should I go to bed?” and “is the sun rising?” And yet, he responded immediately, like some kind of plumbing Batman. Friendly, professional, and clearly not a fan of sleep, Michael handled the situation like a pro. No complaints, no grumbling, no “I’ll need to come back in the morning.” Just got right to it. If you need a plumber who doesn’t ghost you, doesn’t overcharge, and actually knows what he’s doing (a shocking combo these days), Michael’s your guy. Five stars. Would call again—even though I hope I don’t have to. My pipes are still traumatized, but grateful.

I’m saving his number in my phone! On a Saturday when I didn’t think I could find someone without spending arm and a leg I came across Michael Gardner Plumbing. Great reviews and they are true! He was able to come very quickly to help me fix a toilet backup I couldn’t do, but Mike can! He came very professional and knowledgeable, respected my home by not leaving trails of dirty water or footprints, and was able to fix the problem quickly. Was able to answer all my questions confidently and was able to explain the process to me so I understood. Would definitely recommend him and fingers crossed never have a problem, but if I do he’s the guy.

Michael was recommended by another plumber, who didn't have any appointments for at least two days. I had a toilet leak, which fortunately wasn't an overflow. Michael communicated with where he was at with his current job. He was dealing with an emergency repair at another home which took hours. He arrived the following day and also gave me a discount since I was patient in waiting for him to do the repair. I had a fill valve replacement done. He also explained what situations would warrant more extensive and higher cost repairs as far as the function of the toilet parts. I would highly recommend Michael Gardner Plumbing.

We had an emergency issue with our water heater and Michael came out on a call at 8pm, which already showed incredible responsiveness and customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly and came back the next day to get everything fully fixed. One thing we really appreciated was that he explained all of our options clearly, from lowest cost to highest cost, and allowed us to choose what worked best for us without any pressure. I just wanted to say thank you to MICHAEL at Michael Gardner plumbing. I was without hot water for two days when someone referred him to me, he came out the same day and assessed the situation. Sourced the part that was needed and fixed the problem very fast. While he was here, he also addressed some leak issues I had with two showers. The whole time he was very friendly professional, and did a great job at a very fair price. Highly recommend Michael! I would love to gatekeep but wouldn’t be fair as everyone deserves great service, very detailed explanation/breakdown of what’s needed to resolve the problem, also quality work which is not common in this day and age for a fair price might I add. I had a broken pipe which I had another company come and could not find the issue, luckily i was referred to Michael he came same day diagnosed with his camera showed me video which made me feel more comfortable fixed it and haven’t had an issue since. Definitely my go to plumber!

Wow! What amazing service! My brand new water heater wasn’t working and the first company that looked at it couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They actually gave me a price to replace it! Michael came over same day, inspected it, figured out what was wrong - and fixed it. He got the part that was needed - same day and then stayed after 5PM to get it working. He was affordable, professional, and responded immediately. I will call him every time I have a need for any plumbing related issues. AND - he’s a really nice guy!
