At a dental office we sometimes have emergency plumbing situations that can't wait and we've always been able to rely on Michael Allen to help us out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

I did not hire this company. I had an issue with a leaky toilet tank. After describing the issue and the remedial steps I had already taken to Michael Allen, he confirmed that what I had done is what he would have done himself. He acknowledged that he did not want to take advantage of me by charging me for a visit for only a few minutes' worth of work. Instead, he walked me through a couple of other actions I could take, and following his steps seemed to resolve my issue. I truly appreciate Michael's honesty and willingness to help.

Dr Daly is an extremely professional, briliant and patient-centred doctor. She is extremely bright and quickly evaluates symptoms, orders appropriate tests to diagnose the problem. Including the patient in treatment options. Often she calls me directly on the phone to discuss results! Last year when I had an urgent medical concern while travelling, she moved mountains to get me quickly to the relevant medical expert. She is also an easy doctor to talk to and she has a great bedside manner. My husband and I have been patients of hers for many years and wish we could take her to Ireland with us in retirement. I’ve used Allen Plumbing for over 30 years. Lori is attentive to the office, leaving Michael to do the plumbing. His work has always been impeccable. Dr Daly is a pleasure to meet. She takes time to sit and talk with patients, explaining the treatment plan and any prescriptions required to meet their needs/goals. She contacts her patients with their lab results: she explains “why” they need this plan of care and any medications or other treatment'.
