Great company to work with. They hooked up my gas grill to the main in lass than 20 minutes. Fast, efficient, courteous and all around great guys Victor and Roberto are the best. They are my go to plumbers here in MYR.

Victor was referred to me by the Pro Desk at my local Home Depot. I was going to have the existing shower replaced in the home I had just moved into, with a shower surround, basin, and glass doors. Victor contacted me and told me he could do that for a price that was about 1/3 of what ReBath told me their STARTING price was. But he also suggested I consider a much nicer approach, with tiled walls and floor, and he sent me some pictures of other projects he had done. I picked the tile I wanted, and then he suggested the floor tiles for me, and they look great. Ripping out the old shower was no picnic for his crew and it involved more work than they anticipated, including re-routing some pipes. But the work is just about complete today and I am thrilled with the appearance of the new shower. In addition his people are replacing my exhaust fans, light fixtures, and mirrors in both bathrooms. He suggested the (lighted & anti-fog) mirrors for me as well and they are much nicer than what I was looking at originally. Thanks to his suggestions I will end up with a much nicer bathroom than I would have if I had gone with my first plans. The mirrors and lights are going in today so I can't include pictures of them (yet...if I can edit this review later I'll include those as well). I highly recommend Victor, Roberto, and Miguel. Their commitment to excellence and making sure I was happy with the results were very welcome.

Master plumbing installed our house filter a year ago in waterway subdivision they charge us for brand I Spring WF150K filters and texted us the pictures we agree about it but Mr. Victor installed a generic filter with the same brand name money and we chase him to give us the filter catalog and he never responded. Today we try to shut the main house water but we found out the water did not shut off except from the master bathroom which mean the filter is contacted to the master bedroom only. The Master plumbing company Mr. Victor screw us twice this company is not professional and we never recommended to anyone. Today we call the main line to request someone to come to see the main shut off and the filter connection and we are planing to file a complaint to the small claim department and the consumer association to get our problem to be solved , we already have pictures and text message to support out issue for our complaint.

We’re sharing this to warn everyone — please don’t use their services or fall for their fake promises. If you care about your time and money, stay away from them. They’re dishonest, unreliable, and only after your payment. We learned our lesson — hoping this helps others avoid being scammed too!
