It so great to find a plumber that knows what they are doing and so easy to work with. Pete is extrememly talented when it comes to all plumbing. They gave me a quick response and excellent pricing. I would recommend them highly for all plumbing needs!!!!

These guys are amazing! Found a bunch of referrals from neighbors on NEXTDOOR APP in my area, called them up in the morning and they had someone out here in the afternoon! Pete explained the drain problem, showed me how he's going to fix it and showed me afterwards that it's fixed! I also knew that I needed a new water heater from years ago, so I showed him that and he said it's definitely leaking so he just fixed it today! These guys are definitely on my speed dial from now on!

I've called on Paul and Pete for years. They are honest, straightforward, prompt, and do good work. What more can you ask for.

Make sure to get a firm quote before they come out. I had to pay nearly $300 for them to tell me my leaking faucet and garbage disposal couldn't be fixed. Very disappointed.

Major disappointment. My wife and I just had Paul change out 8 ft of copper pipe, 3 elbows, and a check valve (see photo), and we were charged $617.50!! Total work time was only 90 minutes. On top of this, we were told he would quote the work before starting, which he did not do. Instead, he just began the work and was already too far in to have him stop before we realized what had happened. When we asked why the high price, he said it was due to it being a Saturday, and the access was difficult. The repair was not an emergency, and could have easily waited until the work week. The access was NOT difficult - just a matter of working from a 5 ft ladder. UPDATE - Apr 8, 2019: Owner Paul followed up by explaining his perspective, which helped. Still had conducted the work without our OK, but he did refund $100 of the cost. Greatly appreciated.

I had a sudden and serious leak from my water heater late at night, and it was quickly turning into a major issue. I contacted Metro Plumbing and drains and they were incredibly responsive—arrived within the hour. The pricing was great for the urgency and the quality of the work they performed.I’d absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with a plumbing issue.

Very fast honest service! I had done some research online about our plumbing issue so I had a general idea of what needed to be done. Pete, the plumber assigned to our job, was AWESOME! On time, explained the situation, did not up sell or attempt to fast talk the situation. Pete had our pressure relieving valve repaired in no time and we were back to showering like normal people!
