I had a sewer backup. I called a few different companies. I chose Metro because I felt like the plumber responded to me respectfully and took my issue seriously. As a senior citizen and a woman, I get my fair share of companies trying to take advantage of me. Metro was fairly and reasonably priced. I was treated with respect. All my questions (I had many) were patiently answered and explained and the work was completed without destruction to my property. I recommend Metro to everyone!

I’m very happy I chose Metro Plumbing to install my new water heater this past week. My old water heater went out and leaked water all through our garage and the tech was there before lunch to do the replacement. He had it done by dinner and at a very reasonable cost. I called with a minor emergency and wanted to get a price ahead of time. Person who answered the phone was very informative and helpful. They were able to get me in the next day! Installer arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a timeframe that he'd be finished and stuck to it. Once complete, installer showed me the function and talked me through some recommendations. Great experience all around!
