First time customer. My wife and I have had contractors in our home many times through the years, but we have never had a contractor leave it as clean as we did after Tom’s installation of some shower fixtures in our upstairs bathroom. His workmanship was great. It was a delight having him working in our home.

The technician did an excellent job installing two toilets. The parts and labor were reasonable priced. This is the second time we used Mervin Zimmerman Plumbing Heating & AC for bathroom updating and they did great work on both occasions.

I was very impressed with the professional job Josh and Alex did. After seeing how involved the project was, I can understand why it took as long as it did to complete the project. Josh and Alex were very friendly and always answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Also, Calvin, the wallpaper installer did an excellent job as well. He was using wallpaper we had saved from a previous bathroom project. He told me he had to splice it because the rolls of wallpaper weren't long enough. He showed me the finished area and for. the life of me I couldn't see where he had spliced it. He showed me and I still couldn't see it. Good job, you guys. Very happy with our new shower. Worth it.😊😊😊

The service this company provided was incredible ! Same day installation and the service guy was wonderful... very polite & really worked the whole time he was here. We had called another installer but it would have been at least 2 weeks before they had the heater we needed. A+A+A+ in our book !

Job well done! Powder rooms look very nice! Only thing that was disappointing was technician was noticeably not feeling well and coughing very frequently. I would have preferred that the job been rescheduled for a time when he was feeling better.
