The owner, Justin Mercer, is a great person and company to hire! My mom, who is in her mid 80’s, had a sewer line break in her 62 year old homes crawl space. Justin came out and gave us a very fair estimate and was able to do the work within a few weeks. He went above and beyond to make sure her problem was completely fixed. He and his crew were very respectful to my mother and myself. There was an opportunity for him to do more work but he honestly explained that it wasn’t something we had to do right now. I can’t overemphasize how important that is because my mom is on a limited budget. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing, sewer, or waterproofing work done. Let me just say don’t use this guy! He is rude and unprofessional! I had a plumbing issue inside of the house. Justin came out and gave and estimate for the work to be done from outside. My insurance company denied the work, knowing that the work that needed to be done was inside. He had no scope to pin point it. Long story short, no work was done, but he wants me to pay him the deposit for something he didn’t work on. We went with Salyer plumbing instead, who I highly recommend. They were half the price and not scammers!

I had a septic inspection with Justin. We bought our house two years ago and I wanted to make sure our system was in good shape and get a better idea of how it worked, where the field was located, etc. Justin spent more than two hours going through the inspection with me - explaining the whole system, answering my questions. He really knows his stuff and is extremely helpful and honest. Can't recommend this company enough! UPDATE: So, it just so happened that shortly after my inspection the main sewer line from the house to the septic tank collapsed. I had no idea what was going on - ejector pump in the basement sounded like a freight train. I called Justin and he was there within hours. He was thorough and determined - even though it took a while to diagnose the problem. Gave me a fair quote and managed to fit me into the schedule a day or two later. No indoor plumbing sucks. Spending a lot of money to fix a sewer pipe sucks. Feeling confident in the person fixing it and that you were given a fair price makes a huge difference. Absolutely recommend them.
