I overslept the arrival of my service technician by 30 minutes or so (I work 2nd shift at my job), which was horrifying for me. But he was so nice that he stayed in my driveway that entire time. He was kind and understanding. I wish I had gotten his name! He figured out the problem with my AC and fixed it quickly. I will definitely be using MEP again in the future (and setting multiple alarms to make sure I'm awake and up).
MEP provides timely and responsive customer service. Our HVAC system in our new home is just a year old, and when we recently had an issue with the A/C just towards the end of the warranty period, MEP sent a tech out the next day who quickly identified and fixed the problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!
The plumber from MEP was professional, courteous and helpful. He performed our repair in a timely fashion. All in all a good representative of the company.
I had a long list of plumbing issues as well as a list of unreliable, formerly used, plumbers. MEP Home Services handled my problems in a friendly and professional manner. I am pleased with the outcome and will hire them again, happily deleting all previous plumbing contacts from my phone.
