Within 25 minutes the technician showed up after I shut of the main to the house... After listening and spending beyond the time to care and explain some future issues that might occur in other areas while he waiting couple of hrs for a new housing to arrive we finally have water

This guy said the furnace (less than 10 years old) had deadly problems. Actually turned the unit off and said he did not want to be in the house with the unit on. Said needed full replacement right away... quoted $25,000+ for new furnace and install

Mendel came out when the original home filter casing finally broke and started pouring out water. No other service company was willing to come or care for concern. Within 25 minutes the technician showed up after I shut of the main to the house. After a an unsuccessful install of the replacement the new housing was faulty also. After listening and spending beyond the time to care and explain some future issues that might occur in other areas while he waiting couple of hrs for a new housing to arrive we finally have water (note was not the technician fault to wait to hrs it was the gentleman delivering the canister) Thank you and look forward to working with Mendel in the future. Attached is some before and after shot.

Tonight I came home and heard running water. I called Mendel to the first time and my experience couldn't have been more awesome!! Jenna took my call and was so professional! I was all worked up when I called and after she reassured me that a tech would be dispatched, I hung up with her feeling a little more at ease! Jared was the technician that came out and he was just absolutely great from the second he walked in my door. He quickly assessed the issue and gave me several options! He showed me several pictures of the issue(I wasn't getting in the crawl space). He explained every option and weighed the pros and cons of each option with me. Once I decided, he had everything needed in his van and he got right to work. Had the repair done in a fair amount of time and showed me pictures of all the work he did after. I have future plumbing work that I will need and I will be asking for Jared to come do the work! 10/10 Recommend!

Unfortunately woke up on Saturday morning to find our pipes had frozen due to the weather. Called for service and was assured that a technician would be arriving later this morning. Received a text with the technicians' name and estimate time of arrival. Dave was the technician that arrived and promptly evaluated the situation we were having. He gave us an estimate for the repair and mentioned that if unseen issues appeared we would have to reevaluate the repair cost. This was acceptable to my wife and I. His inspection did not turn up any water leakage. He isolated the area that he felt was the area of concern. He went his truck to get a piece of equipment that would place a electrical charge to the copper pipe to try to heat the pipe and breakup the ice blockage. He was successful in removing the blockage. No damage to the drywall, no split pipe, and running water again throughout the house. Thank you Dave for your experience and dedication in resolving our issue. He has a pleasant personality, listens to your concerns, and does his job professionally and with efficiency which is reassuring.
