Ryan explained the job thoroughly so that I understood what was a stake; furthermore, he made me aware of all potential difficulties none of which came to bear on this job. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Their knowledgeable handling of a challenging job made the experience stress free.

Memphis sewer and water are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. We had a bigger company quote us DOUBLE what Memphis sewer and water charged us. On top of that, they were able to pull strings to get our sewer repaired the next day rather than having to wait almost a week. Ryan was a pleasure to work with over the phone, promptly responded and helped us get this disaster taken care of as quickly as possible. The crew that came to our house was respectful and worked efficiently. Our sewer was removed, replaced, clean out installed and soil replaced in under 6 hours. Beau was very professional and helpful, they were able to avoid damaging our concrete and removing our bush by their diligent work. I really could go on, but if you ever run into the unfortunate circumstance of having to replace your sewer, CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!

Had a pipe burst in the yard. This is a picture of the water damage to concrete coming from the grass and sewer. They replaced the whole pipe with an expanding pipe. They were available about 2 business days after first half of payment. It took about 3 hours to dig through our yard and concrete, to replace the old pipe. They were friendly and explained the process before and also what took place after. It was 4 or 5 men, making the quality of their work better, because each one was able to spot check one another. We received wonderful service from Ryan and his team! They have been amazing. We had back-to-back tree root issues at two different properties, and they were out there the same day to diagnose the issue and get it fixed! The communication was great! I highly recommend this company to get the job done right. We will be using them for any of our future needs.

Sewer line replacement. Had a great experience with this company. Both Ryan and Bo were extremely patient with me answering all questions and concerns. I was informed about the progress every step of the way. They appeared to be very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the job.
