Our AC unit had a leak, and our builder arranged for Mechanical One to come out and inspect it. Khamani, Josh, and Vitali came to work on our AC unit, and my husband and I were truly blown away by their professionalism. Spectacular young men. These gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They carefully worked on our unit and brought it back to life. They also gave us detailed insight into what was wrong with the system and explained what we should do moving forward to keep it in tip-top condition. We really appreciated how thorough they were and how clearly they communicated everything to us. It’s rare to see technicians who take such pride in their work and make sure the homeowner fully understands what’s happening. We highly recommend them for all your AC needs. Outstanding !!!!! I am thrilled that our A/c is COOLING AGAIN !!!! All thanks to Montrail T and the Mechanical One team. The moment I called in and explained my issue they worked so quickly to find the resolution. Montrail T was patient in explaining any questions I had about the process and updates, made sure to wear plastic shoe covers in the home I’m amazed how him and his supervisors worked together to find the best solutions for my family and I.
