Had water heater replaced. Job was done the same day I requested, very professional. I specially like that someone is always available on the phone. The 2 year guarantee for labor is reassuring, overall I would highly recommend ME Flow.
Incredible turnaround time for my water heater installation! Our sales rep, James, was incredible and managed to coordinate with the team to get the install scheduled for the very next day. The installation crew, including Jake and his partner, were professional, courteous, and did a very neat job. They worked quickly and made sure the entire job site was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this team for their speed and quality.
Super pleased with the service and care I’ve received from ME Flow. I joined their maintenance plan, and the experience has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on solving the problem—not rushing off to the next call (they don’t even get their next assignment until your job is complete). Among other things, they helped me install and configure smart thermostats and properly balance temperatures throughout the home, all at a reasonable price. They also performed a thorough electrical and plumbing inspection, which was included in the plan. Overall, two thumbs up—and many thanks to the ME Flow team for their support.
Guillermo arrived promptly and did a great job. He was very friendly, efficient and pleasant. I would like to add an additional note on Guillermo. He was here several months ago to do a plumbing inspection. As he was leaving, he noticed that I was carrying a very large plant indoors. He kindly offered to help, and I greatly appreciated the assistance. His kind act gave me a very positive impression of ME Flow, and I would highly recommend this company However, we did feel the bill was on the high side, especially since we have a maintenance contract
