I found my new plumber! I've been using a friend for years, but I needed immediate help. I needed a tankless water heater option and chose a Navien product and was looking for a certified installer. I got several quotes, and decided to go with MDM after meeting Dennis. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He really cares about his customers and the work he does. I was confident that he would do a great job. Dennis didn't try to upsell and provided me with what he felt were the best options. He gave me a fair price and I didn't hesitate. He just finished the install today, and everything is literally perfect. He did everything necessary to make sure that the install was exactly what I needed. Everything was done very well. Water is extremely hot again! He even made sure that the new high-efficiency exhaust pipes had a nice finished look on the outside of the house. He even identified another issue I was having, but felt it wasn't urgent enough to do immediately. I highly recommend working with Dennis and MDM! They're definitely trustworthy.

He came out to fix a leak from a frozen hose bib, but also took the time to identify and correct bad work left behind by a recent contractor in my bathroom—work that likely saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs. Dennis was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through every issue he found and explained multiple options to fix things based on my budget, without any pressure at all. It was clear that his priority was truly helping me and making sure the job was done right. He even offered to come back and check future contractor work since I’m in the middle of a home renovation, which speaks volumes about his integrity. You can tell he’s honest, genuine, and takes a lot of pride in his family-owned business, and his pricing was more than fair for such high-quality work. We contacted MDM plumbing to inspect our sump pump as one of the battery lights was out. We recently moved into our home and did not know it needed to be completely replaced. Dennis was responsive immediately on a Friday night when I had a question about the potential issue via email and scheduled an appointment to come look at it. The appointment was a few days out but he did tell me that there were emergency hours available if needed for a fee. When he came, he informed us that the entire sump pump needed to be replaced, which we expected. He was very knowledgeable about the issue. Dennis was able to give us quotes for multiple options based on budget and what we were looking for. We ended up choosing a better package that would last us longer. Since it was in the evening, he did not have everything that he needed for the job. But he installed a temporary pump (there was a lot of rain coming) and then came back the following evening to complete the job. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we were able to avoid flooding which was a close call. Dennis was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us education on our water heater that will need to be replaced soon and quotes. We will use them again for any plumbing needs!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with MDM Plumbing. I originally called them out to look at a shower valve problem. I asked if he could check my sump pump and backup system. He quickly discovered that the backup battery was completely dead. Something a larger plumbing company had previously missed when they inspected the same issue. Dennis took the time to walk me through all of my options in a way that was clear and easy to understand, never making me feel pressured. When he returned to complete the work, we ran into another unexpected issue - my hot water heater started leaking. Without hesitation, he stated and took care of that as well. His professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The process to get someone on the phone and out to our home was very quick and easy. The communication leading up to the appointment and expected arrival was very convenient and given to us via text and email. The technician (Dennis) was very thorough and efficient in detecting the cause of the water damage and leak source. The technician (Dennis) did a step by step process eliminating possible causes before moving onto other considerations. The technician (Dennis) also provided other helpful advice regarding other plumbing and homeowner expenses to prepare us for future expenses and replacements that was included within the original dispatch fee. Overall great service and experience, we will definitely use them again for our plumbing and service needs!

Definitely 5 stars! I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they answered right away... Made an appointment for Monday morning between 9:00 & 10:00. Dennis arrived right on time (I actually received a text message saying he was in route)... He checked everything out and explained the problem and what needed to be done for the repair. I was also given different options to resolve this. The quote was given to me and honestly it was around or a little under of what I was expecting... The work was done right away and I was given updates as he was working! Very professional and great service. No extra cost surprises! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing work!!!!

Dennis came to repair our Navien tankless water heater, it was leaking from the connection between the recirculation pump and the pipe that houses the check valve. I damaged it while replacing the check valve. He knew right away how to fix it, it was a faulty o ring. He did the repair very fast and efficiently and only charged the dispatch fee, no additional fee for the repair! While here he also assessed the state of the unit and provided some extra tips. They seem like a very honest company with great level of expertise!

MDM was by far the best when it came to customer service, protocol & transparency! I had water overflowing in the basement and unable to shower, do laundry or even wash dishes. I contacted them Christmas Eve and they were very responsive, giving me quick scheduling options, texts and emails with necessary information for moving forward. They did a thorough cleaning of the pipes and within a couple hours, my life was back to normal! Cannot recommend enough and will be reaching out for other necessary maintenance!

MDM plumbing came out on an emergency call to fix/replace my water heater. They did a great job and walked me through everything they did. The price was very fair and much lower than other companies in area I called for estimates for exact same product. I really recommend calling and getting quotes as you will see a difference in how companies mark up standard products. Again, MDM did a great job and gave fair prices. I’ll be having them back to do some other jobs in future.

I needed a bath tub replaced and although I ended up not doing the work, MDM shared invaluable and very knowledgeable advice and explained the pros and cons of such work. They even told me about companies that can restore some tubs which is many times a viable option. Anyway, after the conversation I decided not to replace the just the tub but save a bit more maney and then do the tiles and vanity also. Thank you for your honest advice.

MDM is great! They came out the same day that I had contacted them. Dennis was amazing!! He showed up right on time, quickly assessed my issue, and within minutes gave me options on how to resolve the problem. Not only did Dennis do excellent quality work in a timely manner, but he was a delight to have in my home. I highly recommend this company, especially Dennis! I'd Give 10 stars if i could! Dennis from MDM Plumbing did an excellent job today repairing an underground pipe in my concrete basement, and installing new piping for the shower stall along with a new pan. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and has great attention to detail. The work was done in a timely manner with great respect to my home. I can highly recommend Dennis at MDM plumbing.

The technician‘s name is Dennis and once he wrapped up that call, he came to my house to help me out.
