Mr. Wells and his team were super-responsive for us in a recent emergency situation, and he’s done super-quality work for us several times in the past. I feel so much better about our septic pump now that he’s fixed it. Very, very professional. I highly recommend! 👍👍

I’ve had MD Wells out to fix all kinds of plumbing issues with the home that I renovated. They’ve changed out my tankless HW heater, plumbed sinks, replaced toilets, fixed existing fixtures, fixed leaks, etc. They are always professional, on time, do great work, and charge a fair price. They are the best plumbing team I’ve ever worked with, definitely recommend!

Ive had an experience to say the least. In 2022 I had them come out to give me a quote to replumb my entire house. I was given a quote and signed an agreement to that quote. The employee sent out told me they would call me to schedule when they would return to start the work after a week I called them to see if they were still coming out to do the work we agreed on. They quickly stated they were coming out the next day and did. The employee sent out at that time "completed" the job in two days. The unfortunate part is they only completed the job to the point of connecting new pipes to old pipes under the house while I paid for ALL NEW PIPES TO BE RAN, avoiding replacing the pipes to the dishwasher entirely, not replacing any of the pipes to the hot water heater, not replacing the pipes to the washer in the laundry room and not connecting the house up to the main at all after I paid an additional amount for that to be done. In 2 years I and the other home owner have called repeatedly to be given dates when the job would be handled only for no one to show up to the home. Myself and the other homeowner have been told that we were not answering the phone when called or not allowing voicemails to be left or that the other all around was not cooperating with the owner of this business. We are told the other refuses to set a time or date which sounds very odd since we both want the work completed. We have been unable to even live in the home due to this hold up. We can not finish closing in the shower/tub in the bathroom due to the pipes not being done. We can not rebuild the laundry room due to the work not being done and taking up the floor was the only way to access the pipes going into the home. Being polite gets us no where and being up front and blunt with the owner that we have paid the entire 6,000 dollars for the work and need it completely in a timely manner means nothing. I have my receipts from the business stating what I agreed to and it is obvious to the eyes what has not been done on the list. Appointment after appointment have been scheduled by the business owner and yet he is unable to show up and if someone is sent out they are only able to take pictures of the work that is not completed or done wrong. I truly hope he does not continue to run his business like this so that others are not ripped off and unable to live in their homes. The idea that I should pay another company to come out and complete the work is ridiculous since this business took the full amount for the job. I now have been left with finding ways to take legal action.

I cannot express how wonderful Mike Wells and his guys are. He re-piped my whole house and (surprisingly) had to replace a toilet and still only charged me the quote he gave me. They are honest and hard working. Highly recommend!!
