Rob and the team at McLoughlin are exceptionally qualified HVAC professionals.Our boilers failed, leaving us without heat in January. Rob came over and offered advice and a plan to replace the boilers and re configure some existing pipes. The team that came to do the installation was professional, experienced and patient with all of our questions. They made a stressful time more manageable and we appreciated their thoroughness throughout the three day project. I would highly recommend this company!
Mcloughlin takes care of all of our home maintenance needs and the technician Theodore is amazing. He came on time, was extremely thorough and explained the problem to me. When he was finished, he even took the time to look at some of my other concerns. I highly recommend using Mcloughlin .
Omg Chris was awesome!!!! He came out and helped me so quickly in a Saturday morning!!! He told me about the maintenance plan which I purchased… was so blessed he had the part 🙏🏾 The house is warm again!!! He even cleaned the area once finished. Will definitely recommend to others!!! Heater went down with the storm on 1/25. Rob came out today very professional and personable got to the problem called and got the part was as excited to get this fixed as I was. Great experience thank you to Tom, Rob, and the whole McLoughlin staff for the wonderful service they provide.
