They did an awesome job. They were very quick ro response to my inquiry and fast at setting up the repair date. They came by when the roads were still icy and got the job done in a couple of hours. If you're looking for plumbers they're the ones you want.

We were all so surprised that this company didn't measure up in the end. We originally used them to deal with a couple of larger issues that required tearing out walls, etc. Then, when it was time to come back to clean up a few smaller issues and repair the damaged walls, they just went radio silent on us. It's as if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They force you to go through an AI that answers their phone, and you can't speak with a real person which is horrible, and try as hard as we did, they just flat refused to ever acknowledge requests for them to come finish the job. A year later, we finally had to have someone else repair all the torn out walls before we sold the property.

Following is my recommendation for McG Krush on NextDoor: About a month ago I asked you all for recommendations for a top-notch master plumber. Candidly, some referrals were decent... others not so great. However, almost God-sent, I just happened to have a master plumber...who is the owner of McG Krush, reach directly out to me after seeing my post on NextDoor. My post indicated that I was looking for an amazing individual who is a professional plumber. Some of you are aware that I was formerly a licensed builder and designer for many years...in the first half of my career, having built some of the largest retail kitchen and bath showrooms in America, as well as renovating stores in numerous international airports, multiple Fortune 500 companies and more. Just say this for background perspective, I know this industry well and admit I pretty much require top shelf work and craftsmanship, or frankly, I'm not real interested. Chase Landry of McG Krush reached out to me and I'm so glad he did. Friends, this guy is top-notch at his craft and approaches the job just like a master craftsman would...as a master plumber should. Let me sum this up...we pulled a permit for our large plumbing project here and when the city building inspector showed up at our home today for inspection, he indicated the plumbing work for replacing a prv, water heater and expansion tank was literally the best work he's ever seen as an inspector. His words, folks, not mine. This is an amazing plumbing company. They are honest and trustworthy. Chase (owner) came to my home promptly on time. Ran his cameras in my old sewer lines so we could see how expired they had become. He explained how they would perform the work and answered all of my questions. He made the statement that their company may not be the cheapest and not the most expensive but they will do the repairs correctly. I believe that statement is true. They did a major job of complete sewer replacement. Chase takes pride in his work. He cares about the community and people in general so his company does the best job possible. He was often on the job site helping his employees. He came several times to inspect the work in progress and after completion. He wanted to make sure all work was done correctly and that I was satisfied. Sam —- worked inside and out. You could tell he cared about doing the best job possible. Roger —- I cannot say enough good things about him. He has a good sense of humor but takes his work seriously. He knows what he is doing and I believe he can handle any task. I also purchased a water heater and toilet. Chase made sure I received the top of the line and good quality at a great price. All of the employees worked so hard everyday to make sure the work was done in a timely manner. I feel I received exceptional work at a very reasonable price. Chase, Roger and Sam asked several times if I had any questions or had any more needs. Please support this small business. You will not be disappointed.

This company is TOP TIER! Had a commercial emergency & needed a plumber ASAP. Made the call to these guys & just as soon as the AI Assistant took my information my phone was ringing and they were ready! Dropped everything to come and help! Roger, the sewer specialist was OUTSTANDING. What shouldve been an hour job ended up taking his WHOLE day and never once did he waiver. He worked & worked until it was really fixed. Not just a bandaid fix. He was so incredibly nice & explained everything and showed me all the issues and how he fixed it and we even stayed a little longer and just visited. He was incredible. A true gem in this company! The owner called me later to follow up and guess what? JUST AS AWESOME! This is a group of hard working, no bullshit, people who do honest and top notch work. I can not thank them enough & now I have a new phone company on SPEED DIAL! I can't say enough good things about these guys. Truly thankful to the woman who recommended them to me.

A few weeks ago, I had new kitchen countertops installed. I called McG Krush Plumbing Solutions and other companies to reconnect the plumbing. They allowed me to send them a photo of the cleared area under the sink where the work would be done so that they could get an accurate idea of everything that would be involved. They gave me a quote and honored it without trying to add on additional fees and costs. They arrived at my house within the "time window" they gave me. They did a great job, and their price was the best. The two guys who came to my house were "down-to-earth", pleasant, respectful professionals who made sure that my plumbing would perform as designed for years to come. On Wednesday night, I found my water heater was leaking. I immediately called an emergency company that offer same day service. Although they scheduled me in for the night, they never showed up. The next day, I had two more companies come out and quote me $3k for a full replacement. After seeing many positive reviews on Facebook, we tried one more time to get this replacement quoted with McG Krush, and man are we lucky we did. Chase and Roger came to check the unit and what's to be done. He immediately told me the price, what needs to be done and how long it would take. The crew was Alex and Justin and they were great! I have to say everyone from Roger, to Grace to Sam & Justin were completely professional, dependable, trustworthy and most of all kind! I had water leaking on Christmas morning and let Grace know that I needed help ASAP - Roger told me to turn off my main water until Sam & Justin could get there. I did just that. Sam & Justin were extremely thorough and would not leave until problem was located and solved and that's just what they did. Came by to check out an possible leak, got hit with a massive water bill, they were able to help and gave thier thoughts. Didn't charge anything as there wasn't much that they could do as we might of fixed the issue already. Gave as a dye test to make sure issue wasnt still occuring. The plumbers Freddy and Roger were great, the scheduling could use some improvement. They want to do everything over text, never got a confirmation or an actual time of when they were going to show up, asked for the morning next day and times they are free although didnt hear back but they did come in the morning.
