Amazing communication and interaction! They explain things very thoroughly and honestly, which I really value. I greatly appreciate their work! I would highly recommend their services.
True to their word!! I needed the vents cleaned and spoke with McAfee over the phone. I wish I knew who I spke with as she was polite and helpful. I was given what seemed to be a fir quote based on what I was asking. They offered me a window and service and I did approve. Mike, Cameron and Crater arrived and took excellant care to be sure they were not tracking in snow nor mud as the tempetures drasticlly changed and everythin outside was nasty. The level of service seemed to be very profesional. They took thier time and the job was done beyond my expectation. When it came time for billing they came in under the estimate, as I had the number of vents wrong. But instead of billing me what was quoted, I was given the better rate!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE, from the office to the staff at my home. Thank you McAfee. I will be happy to recommend when I can.
Matthew and the crew with him were awesome. From the minute they showed up they hit the ground running. There dedication to the job was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. When the job was finish I didn’t even know they had been here. There was no mess, trash or any trace of anything that they were here. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Have always been happy with this company and their service. However after paying a lot for a new water heater and water filtration system I thought the technicians could’ve been better. There was a lot of slamming doors and after 3 hours in our home I asked how much longer it would take they said they would be done soon. Then an hour later I asked again and asked do you think 30 min or an hour and they answered yeah. I’m not saying I wanted them to finish up faster than necessary but they arrived at 8:30am and weren’t finished until 2pm. I just wanted an estimate on how long it would take. They also didn’t clean up the mess where the old water heater was moved to and the area where they replaced valves in our main floor bathroom. Also we received very minimal information on the new filtration system. A Google search talked about how you can set it for the number of people in your home and it wasn’t clear how to know when to put more salt in. They only said to make sure there’s salt in there. They never shared where to even buy more salt… again I’m sure I can google it, but it should’ve been something that was communicated.
Auon came out to check our water heater and was very informative throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of my questions clearly, and gave helpful recommendations without any pressure. He was professional, easy to talk to, and respectful of our home. The appointment was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciated how thorough he was in making sure everything was addressed. I also ended up signing up for the Gold Membership, which I found very reasonable and a good value. Overall, a solid experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back for future service.
