Excellent service, reasonable wait time, Rex & Kyle showed up, I explained my problem, they immediate diagnosed my water leak, spliced in a new piece of copper pipe,retested, no leak now, cleaned up any mess they made, bill was about half what I expected, total repair time 1.5 hour. I called and requested service on two small items I needed repairs on. I was told I would receive a call back later that afternoon to schedule an appointment . That call never came. No problem everybody gets busy. Another whole day goes by and still no call back. I call again during office hours and leave a message on the recorder. Another day goes by and still no call back. You would think a courtesy call to simply say we are booked up right now, you might want to seek another plumber. So much for good service, more then likely a blessing, if they will disrespect you with a very simple matter I can only imagine how poor the quality of work would be as well.

I called about 5 different plumbers for estimates on a slab leak at my house. Rex May was the most friendly and the most prompt. I booked them for the work and everything went smoothly, finishing on time and on budget. Highly recommended!
