Very happy with our service. Made a call in the evening about a water heater issue. The very next day Lukas came out to take a look. He was able to determine the issue in just a few minutes. We had an emailed quote later that day. He came back the next day for the install and was done quickly. Thank you for a job well done Lukas!

Had a leaking water heater and Max got me a quote on Sunday afternoon and they came out on Monday morning to replace it. Lukas did a great job installing. Left everything very clean. I would recommend! Thank you

I have used Maximum for years now. I get a quick response, and honest service. They will get the job done right and save money when possible. Skilled and honest plumbers are hard to come by and lucky we found them. They worked on my ejector pump, bath faucets and toilets.

“They installed the sump pump carelessly and claimed everything was fine. When we came to check, there were puddles of water and absolutely no perimeter drain tile installed. This is a serious oversight and shows a complete lack of professionalism. The work was sloppy, poorly planned, and not up to basic standards. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called Maximum Plumbing to fix a few issues with our new home. They arrived as stated on April 20th, but only reviewed what needed to be repaired. Was charged $85 for the visit and was told that I would be called with an estimate in a day or two. It is now May 12th and I never received a call with an estimate and no one followed up with me regarding the repairs. They had no problem calling me to let me know they were running late on April 20th, so there is no issue with my phone. They had no problem cashing my $85 check and emailing me a receipt. My $85 should be refunded since they did not followup as promised.

It is refreshing to deal with an honest, competent plumbing company. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them highly. I called them to have a sink disposal looked at. They sent a technician (Lucas) the same day. Lucas was able to fix the disposal without replacing it. But he took it a step further and quoted me on what a replacement would likely cost when the time comes and recommended the make/model for a replacement. It wasn't a sales pitch; it was just good, honest communication for expectation setting. I also had Lucas look at a couple of repair and replacement jobs that a different plumbing company had done. He confirmed what I'd suspected: That I had gravely overpaid for that other company's services. Lucas earned my trust in 15-20 minutes. When I have a plumbing issue in the future, Maximum Plumbing will be my go-to immediately. (I already saved their contact info in my phone.)

We had a Bathroom sink that was totally blocked, and the water was backing up into the sink. We called and spoke to the owner, Maxim Gulinsky, who was very nice and scheduled one of his plumbers , Lukas out. He was right on time, and very friendly, and professional. He did a fantastic job of cleaning out the area where the pipe feeds into, with a machine and by hand. It was severely blocked, however Lukas was able to clear out the blockage. He also installed a new PCV pipe to replace the original. He did a perfect job. Lukas was very knowledgeable and new what he was doing. We were very pleased with Lukas and Maxim the owner. Not only did they do a great job, but their price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Maximum Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs and problems

I called Maximum plumbing on a Monday afternoon and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Maxim was on time and professional. I had 3 fixes and recommended what repairs should be prioritized. He quoted me for all 3 repairs and we scheduled a time for him to come back. We were going to replace the cap to my sewer cleanout which may have turned into a much bigger job but he suggested an easier fix. He finished all three repairs in just over 2 hours. It's tough to find an honest, reasonably priced plumber who strives to offer the simplest solution. Max is a true old school tradesman. My only complaint is that he did not accept my offer of a cup of coffee. I worked hard to brew that Keurig pod.

Had an emergency water leak at my mom's house the day after an intense polar vortex. A pipe burst inside a wall on her first level and was quickly flooding her home. I managed to turn off the water and isolate the leak. I called 10 different plumbers and the earliest I could get was 4 days away. I got in contact with Max and he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule for the day. I sent him pictures of the repair and he was able to stop by and get the repair done quickly. He could've done a quick fix to get her by but chose to "fix it right". He also added a valve to the line so that we can shut off the water every winter (for an outdoor spigot). Thank you Max for your hard and honest work!

Max was super efficient, flexible, knowledgeable, and honest about what he could and could not do. For each issue we had, he gave us unbiased advice without being pushy. We called him to check on what we thought were two clogged drains and he gave us an initial quote for it. Turns out one of the drains wasn't clogged in the first place. Even though he could have asked us for the full amount on the quote, he took it off without even us having to ask! What's more, he offered to come take a look at it anytime the drain actually began to clog. He was really easy to work with and did not mansplain at all, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling on him for any future project.

Lucas came out promptly when I needed a toilet replaced. I already had the new toilet. He was courteous and efficient. He also made sure that my drain line wasn't clogged like I thought it may be - which was a relief. He told me that I needed a new water supply shut-off valve because mine was old and wasn't closing completely. He offered to replace it for $60 which was the cost of the new valve and not would not charge me any labor cost because he was charging me for the toilet installation. I questioned how a small valve could possibly cost so much, but asked him to go ahead and replace it. Later I resolved this with the business owner Max who agreed that the charge was excessive.

I had Maximum replace an old sump pump and had a battery back-up added which was a great decision as 3 weeks later, we had a 72 hour power outage after a storm and the new system performed exactly as it was supposed to. A couple of weeks later, I called on Maximum again for a leak that developed on my first floor ceiling under my second floor bathtub. Lukas arrived on time and did an excellent job of identifying the problem and fixing it to my satisfaction. I have found both technicians that I have worked with to be extremely professional and knowledgable but most importantly, the customer service has been excellent. Very happy with the service and will be a repeat customer.

Max is absolutely the best plumber I've ever dealt with!!! I've hired him several times and have never been disappointed!! So far he has installed a new sump pump, fixed a problematic leaking/clogged kitchen sink and installed a brand new water heater. He was always informative, patient with questions, always on time if not earlier than expected, cleaned up any mess and was able to quote over the phone!! I never got an impression that he was dishonest like previous plumbers I've hired. I will refer him to all my friends/family and even my clients (I'm a Real Estate Broker).
