“Only giving two stars because the "service tech" (salesman is a more appropriate title) was really a nice guy and unknowingly helped me save $700 by not working with them. The service call is a sales pitch that will cost you $70. By the way, the service charge is used to pay your bill for work done, but ONLY if you book with them before the guy leaves your house. “Excellent Service! Drew came and replaced a toilet and I liked it so much, I had him replace the other toilets in my home. He arrived on time, was clean and wore floor protectors, placed towels down, installed the toilets to my OCD satisfaction, hauled off the old toilets and cleaned up afterwards.
