Excellent Service! Drew came and replaced a toilet and I liked it so much, I had him replace the other toilets in my home. He arrived on time, was clean and wore floor protectors, placed towels down, installed the toilets to my OCD satisfaction, hauled off the old toilets and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with the outstanding customer service from Maston’s Plumbing and Drain.

Had Michael come out and plumb in a gas line to my new Generac Generator. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Walked me through step by step what and how he was going to do. Would highly recommend Mastons for any plumbing needs.

Michael and Tate were amazing, my water bill was through the roof so I called Mastons Plumbing and drain. Tate came out and inspected my house to find out why my water bill was so high, once we got that figured out Michael returned the next day and got everything taken care of. I highly recommend Mastons for anyone who is in need of a great plumber.

Only giving two stars because the "service tech" (salesman is a more appropriate title) was really a nice guy and unknowingly helped me save $700 by not working with them. The service call is a sales pitch that will cost you $70. By the way, the service charge is used to pay your bill for work done, but ONLY if you book with them before the guy leaves your house. He couldn't even tell me those numbers would stay consistent if he left without me booking. They don't hide that there is a service fee, but also, when I call out a plumber I expect that they are going to look at the job, give you a reasonable quote, then you hire them or don't. This dudes job was to find anything he could to add to the bill. While he was perfectly nice and professional, this guy kept wanting to know about my hot water heater and kept asking about ANY plumbing issues I could think of in the house when I called them out to remove a leaking backflow preventer outside. The guy went to his truck to talk to his sales manager and came back 30 mins later with 5 quotes from $700 to over $5k that included all kinds of other work that I didn't need at the moment. I didn't mind letting him work up those numbers, but I honestly just wanted to do the backflow preventer, but $700 seemed really steep. Turns out that is because it was way too steep of a price. After doing some googling (he did help me figure out what the leaky device is) I literally just have to unscrew it and cap it. Also, he knew what it was at first sight, so I'm guessing he also knew there was an emergency cutoff that I didn't know about that was buried about 2 inches deeper. Found it after googling and digging for about 3 mins. It was rusted off, but I managed to get the leak to a manageable drip, so I can run to the store and buy two threaded caps from probably like $30 and I'll be done.

I had a very disappointing experience with Matson Plumbing and would strongly recommend getting multiple opinions before hiring them. I initially hired them to address a sewer backup and was quoted around $4,500. After excavation began and my sewer line was cut—leaving my system unusable—I was informed the repair would cost an additional $6,000. At that point, I felt I had no reasonable choice but to proceed. The final cost ended up being approximately $10,000. After the work was completed, I reviewed the removed pipe and observed that the damage appeared minimal (primarily a cracked elbow with limited root intrusion). No clear attempt was made to clear the remaining accessible line before recommending full replacement. I sent a formal complaint via certified mail and received no response after nearly two weeks. I also contacted their office on 4/13/2026 and was told I would receive a call back that day, which never happened. The workmanship itself was acceptable, but the lack of transparency in pricing, the way additional costs were introduced mid-project, and the complete lack of follow-up or customer service are very concerning. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Only good if you have the funds for it. I had excellent service from the on site tech Konner Greathouse. Unfortunately I was uncomfortable with the prices given to me from this company. I have a clogged laundry drain line and the long term solution is new pipes and a new drain vent. However I need a short term solution and I have to look elsewhere. I sure the services are great through Matson's but I wont be doing business with this company because the prices are too high for my shoe string budget. But I just wanted to shout out Konner for giving such great customer service and being well informed and competent. He is the exact kind of plumber I would want to work for me in the future. Also the cost of using the camera was 250 flat rate. And the cost of repair and everything offered to me was 8000 roughly

Excellent Communication!! We were stuck with a clogged drain with limited time on a Saturday night of course to get it fixed. I left a message and they called me back very quickly. They did their absolute best to work me in to their schedule that evening. Calling me back to keep me updated while trying to reach their busy technician who was on a current call. Sadly I had to make another choice due to my immediate need. Absolutely no fault to this company. They did everything they could to help me out on a very busy evening on Thanksgiving weekend. I so very much appreciated the calls back and the continued follow up as they were working so hard to get me on the schedule last minute. It is rare to have someone work so hard to get you in after hours. Thank you again for trying so very hard for me.

My husband and I were referred to Mastons Plumbing to convert our gas fireplace to an electric fireplace. Tate Lewis was our installer. THIS GUY!! Great personality, very knowledgeable, professional and kind. This was not an easy endeavor, but he nailed it. At one point, he encountered an issue where the opening of the fireplace was too long, and the screw were not matching up with the holes. He created a work-around with some lumber inserted into the opening and THEN the screws were able to be used appropriately. BRILLANT! He was also very articulate and neat. He taped the concrete on the firstplace before he caulked the edges. Thank you Tate for all your hard work. We will use Mastons (and only YOU) haha.....for any plumbing issues as well. Great experience!

The plumbers came out to repair a faucet in my bathroom they could not fix it, when I said I would go and get the new faucet. I wished they would of told me to make sure the new faucet was bigger than the old one, now I have a old water stain around the new faucet it does not look good. the plumbers contacted me the next day about the job. He was very concerned about me being satisfied with the project. The plumbers told me to go out and find a larger faucet to cover that stain around the faucet, it covered the stain and it looks good and works great, they did not charge any extra money to come back and do this work. The plumbers were very nice. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs quality service and reliable work. Thank You

I had a water line break inside the wall of my (older) house, and the quality of the existing plumbing created some complications in its repair. That said, Michael did an excellent job and I especially appreciated his upfront frequent communication throughout the work. Being an old house, I understand that the situation changes as the job progress and so it was great that Michael kept me updated during the problem solving while simultaneously managing expectations. In the end, his approach was as minimally intrusive as possible and he was diligent and considerate about reducing disruptions to the rest of the living space. His work is a credit to Maston's reputation.

Tate and Konner came out to my house to diagnose a clogged floor drain in my garage. They did a great job trouble shooting the issue, considering all options before jumping straight to the high dollar fix. I appreciated the respect to my property they displayed by wearing shoe booties inside and asking to move things instead to handling them with no regard. Tate and Konner arrived on time, clean and answered all my questions. As my fourth plumbing company I've used in the last 3 years, Maston's plumbing is probably my favorite and i will more than likely be using them in the future. The company offers Veteran Discount and I believe is Veteran owned as well.

I had a great experience with Maston's Plumbing! A truly exceptional company with great customer service. When my water heater went out unexpectedly, I called them. Initially, they had a technician, Tate, come out and do an inspection. He told me I needed to replace my water heater. He was very through, honest and professional and gave me several options at different price points. When it came time to replace it, Conner came out and he was reliable, polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality service for their plumbing needs, and I plan to continue using their services.

Plumbing emergency.Same day Service! We hit the jackpot with Walter. Kitchen sink backing up on both sides and a leak under the sink. He worked until late last night and came back this morning,on his day off, to finish the leak,which turned into an even bigger job because of old pipes. Nice and courteous is only part of the equation. Professional and doing the job right the first time? Priceless...although they do put a pricey price on it. Just remember,you get what you pay for. We got first rate service. Walter at Mastens will be who we call for our plumbing needs❣️💯✔️

Dakota S came to my home to run a camera through our clean out and figure out what was causing our issues. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were snaking our drain every week, that’s how bad our issues were. Not only did he find the problem, he explained it to us thoroughly. After we understood what was going on, he devised a plan to fix the issue and gave us a quote. Since our appointment had been set later in the day because of my schedule, he came back the next day and got the work done! No issues since!!
