The owner came out to my in-laws’ home on a Sunday afternoon within three hours of me calling. But that wasn’t even the best part. He brought a water heater with him, installed it on the spot and got their hot water back the same day. Later in the week he sent his team back to replace some questionable piping, and they did a great job from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally with excellent service. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

Although l thought the bill was a bit higher then I expected. The guys were very good at what they do and they were on site at my house within about 2 hours from my initial call, that was impressive. They were able to clear my blocked main sewer line with the proper tools needed loaded in their work van. Yes I probably could've found a cheaper company out there but I feel with the prompt service i got and the professional skills shown it was worth it.

Mastery Plumbing is fantastic! Dan Dunn was willing to step in and help one of my clients over the weekend, which shows his reliability and dedication. He’s professional, responsive, and someone I’d highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

A diabolical rip-off business!!! I got charged more than $800 for a clogged sink that clogged again 10 days later. But wait, doesn’t PA law says they have to guarantee a cleared drain for 30 days? Well not if they talk your wife into signing a warranty waiver while hard selling her on a bunch of other useless nonsense. Then they gave me a $7800 estimates to redo a 40ft of pvc that another plumber did with a better plan and better materials for $4K less. Maybe the two inexperienced, child salesmen, plumbing interns, I got aren’t indicative of the rest of the company, but the fact that these employees and these estimates are even an option for mastery plumbing makes them a deplorable company just trying to take advantage of Quakertown.

Update: only about a year since their work was “finished” and only after a handful of uses, our soaker tub that they had to install twice already is leaking so we can’t use our new tub. Original: Sad to say I am extremely disappointed. They damaged our new dishwasher, didn’t tell us. A huge scratch because they didn’t screw in a bolt all the way. Then they tried to make it our job to fix it and call the manufacturer ourselves. 4 months later and it’s still not fixed. Placed the tub too far away from the facet the water filled half in the tub and half out into the floor! Charged us $1250 to place our tub (too far away yes). It drained soooooooo slow and they wanted to charge us $1500 more to fix it. Forgot to put the drain pipe to our water filter into the pipe and flooded our basement TWICE! Damaged our stuff both times. Didn’t hook up the 3rd line to our washing machine and the first time we used it water leaked EVERYWHERE. Everything we purchased they didn’t know how to install but the options they provided were cheap low quality. They installed our Kraus garage disposal but it leaked immediately. They said it was the brand and would only fix if we paid $600 for the generic brand that they provided. Plus we had to eat the cost of the one they installed incorrectly. We were told there would always be a master plumber on site but an apprentice did ALL the work 95% of the time alone or with a student. Installed the pipes under the sink in a way that you couldn’t utilize the cabinet AT ALL. They fixed it but only after we asked, why it was installed that way in the first place is beyond me and I’m not a plumber. We bought Kohler bathroom fixtures from Kohler directly and they needed us to replace the diverter valve and shower head because they broke the diverter during install and honestly I think they just didn’t tighten the shower head right but it leaked so they told us it was bad. Had to have them come back out to adjust the shower knob because it was installed in a way that it couldn’t fully turn on, it was being stopped too soon. Then we had to have them out again to fix the temperature within the fixture because it wouldn’t allow it to turn on all the way hot. Charged an arm and a leg to install the toilet… within a few days it was rocking. Bolts weren’t in place. Had them come fix. It was rocking immediately after they left, I honestly don’t think they didn’t anything. Still rocks now. The list goes on. We spent (they charged us) a lot of money doing a whole house rebuild with addition. The quality of work at the end of the day was poor. We made the mistake of paying in full for the work. Would not recommend! Definitely would not recommend if you plan to buy your own stuff for them to install and their options are cheap/low quality which they charge you more than you pay for the highest end.

I scheduled an appointment to have what I thought was a plumber, come to my home for toilet issue. An individual from the company stopped by and I showed them the bathroom and toilet that is giving me issues. After checking the toilet the individual described the products that this company sells and installs. This company specializes in filtration systems. After the sales pitch about $5000-$6000 water softener tanks, I proceeded to ask about the toilet. The individual stated that the company only works with two toilets. They do not install any other form of toilet. The individual sent me the pictures I’ve included. After the sales pitch they proceeded to explain that they charge $125 service fee just to go to your residence. This was not initially explained. I paid thinking that the individual would be back to fix the toilet. They explained that a technician would stop by at a later date. Be prepared to pay $125 just for the company to send someone to your home. No services rendered. I decided to move forward with another company.

Dan and Brent did another excellent job of upgrading my water system. Upon needing a new water tank I asked Dan to improve the overall system. He installed an oversized water tank to reduce strain on the well pump, added a Little Giant inline pressure booster, replaced the older piping system to remove extraneous bends that reduced pressure and tied it in very nicely to the high-tech water softener system he previously installed. Now I have a very clean, sedimant and carbon filtered reliable water system that provides 75psi and water cleaner than most bottled water. (Lab tested) He also brought in a great electrician from CW & Sons who cleaned up multiple outlets and octopus wiring so that the whole system looks very neat and professionally done. Oh yeah - Dan and Brent are really nice guys, easy to deal with and very professional.

I had a sump pump failure and mastery plumbing came out to install a new sump pump. The three options ranged from $1,800 for a replacement to $4,000 for a replacement that came with a battery backup system. So for $4,000 they installed the sump pump with battery backup, but did a poor job for the cost. They left a wire lead in a water bottle to stop a low battery acid alarm going off, not to manufacturer instructions. I asked about it and it was still left the way that it was. Additionally I had asked if they were going to clean up the cabling and wiring, and it was also left in a bit of a mess, after asking them to clean it up. Edit: they saw review, contacted me and came back out to correct issues. Looks good now!

Shelby, Brent and 'Collin' were very personable and professional. They all were great! Shelby kept in contact with me and let me know exactly when she would be here. Once she arrived, she knew exactly what to do and who to call and started working on fixing my problem. This was an emergency call last minute and they were here within 2 hours, I didn't pass the credit check for payment assistance but they worked with me anyway to make sure that I had running water for the night. I would recommend them to anyone, and I appreciate you all. Thank you

I had an emergency plumbing issue, but could not afford the emergency cost. So they were kind enough to come out first thing the next morning. They even came earlier so that I could get to work on time! Brent was super helpful and was very kind throughout the service. He gave me three options for the work to be done, and once I chose which one I wanted to proceed with, they got right to work. He kept me updated through the process and even sent me pictures of their work when it was completed. Thank you!

Thank you Mastery Plumbing! For the initial consultation, Dan was super knowledgeable and, after running tests, gave us a list of options and pricing with a thorough explanation of everything. Today the team came out and did all the work quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and very careful in our home, and also explained everything very well. We highly recommend Mastery Plumbing.

Brent was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. As an electrician myself I recognized Brent had full understanding of the water heater I have personally. Diagnostics were quick and efficient. While the price was heavy, Brents' demeanor and candor exudes professionalism. 8 rate Brent as a plumber 5 stars. The price 2 stars. Overall experience 5 stars.

Brent is an outstanding tech and a great face for what is, in my experience so far, a very good company. I just moved to Coopersburg cold called Mastery based on a Google web search hit. Looking forward to a long term relationship with these folks and feel fortunate to have met them so early in the game of my new residence.

Very quick response. Brent was punctual. Explained everything well. Efficient work. Was prepared to take care of my need right away. I appreciated the communication from the company about my techs arrival. Also was grateful for the photo and resume information provided to me about my tech. Very nice touch.
