Top tier service providers right here! From my first inquiry to end of job, these guys were very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I put in an emergency request and quickly received a follow up call from the business owner asking more details about the issue. The very next morning they were out diagnosing and resolving. They were very clean with their work as well, taking up very minimal space and leaving no mess. The communication and information provided gave me some peace of mind during a frustrating time. I’m definitely keeping them in mind for any future needs, so I would recommend to anyone!!

These guys tried charging me $325 to replace the fill valve in my toilet. I told them, respectfully, I wasn’t going to pay $325 for that yet they asked me numerous times if I wanted them to do it. Then their manager or owner pulled up in his truck and personally asked me why I didn’t want it. I informed it that I knew it would only cost me $15 at Walmart and 20 minutes of mine. Then they showed me a leaky valve that was never leaky before they arrived and has not leaked since they left, and told me it would usually be an easy replacement to make but due to the location of the valve, they would either have to cut through my wall to get to it, or replace all of the piping, which would run me $825. I told them I didn’t want it and they told me I could think about it and let them know in the future if I wanted it done. Then they sat outside my house for a good 20 minutes and came back to the door asking again if I wanted it done. Finally, after I told them no again, they left. In total they were at my house for maybe like 2 hours. They did replace my PRV (which was rusty and leaking) which I appreciate, water pressure has been great since then! The work they did was good, but after trying to charge me $325 for a simple replacement (which I did today and only cost $15 and 20 minutes) I couldn’t trust anything else they offered. Especially the issue they discovered, that was never an issue before and hasn’t been since. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I will not go to them. I would respectfully encourage others to do the same.

This guy charged me $325 to install a faucet. 45 minutes of work for one person. In context, an electrician installed two ceiling fans, two outdoor lights, and a new outdoor outlet for $350 during the first week of September.

This company was awesome to work with. Found out about my water heater being down around 10pm. Submitted a request. By 10:30pm, I was on the phone with the owner troubleshooting and gathering information for them to help resolve and get us hot water back to the house. I had a pretty busy schedule during all of the chaos before the holidays and the owner and his team had it resolved fully in less than 24 hours. Zack/Zach (apologies on potential misspelling of your name) spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions and finding the best and quickest route to go. He was very transparent and awesome to work with. Awesome experience the entire way around and will be using this team again in the future

I recently hired Mastermind Plumbing to replace an outdated kitchen sink, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My husband and I are remodeling our home and had to update our plumbing. I contacted Mastermind Plumbing Saturday evening to fix our clogged tub. Zack and his team came to our home on Sunday, fixed the tub and our slow-drain sink in the other bathroom, and all of this was done at a reasonable price. They were courteous and knowledgeable, provided transparent pricing, and gave us tips on keeping the drains clog-free. We recommend Mastermind Plumbing.

Zack was able to fit me in the same day and take care of my issue. There were multiple hurdles that he and Al both worked through seamlessly. They were very professional as well as personable and their work was superb, and my dogs loved them. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs!
