Steve Bez and Mastercraft are the best. Responsive, responsible, and all the other great R words! I have never been let down, and if you need another type of service they have great recommendations. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
I have had three different services performed and three specialists out this week for various reasons: Kyle for the AC, Byron for electric, and Lauren for our hot water heater. Shayna and Kye make calling for service so easy, and it genuinely feels like they care about our needs and time. Each of the repairmen went above and beyond the standard service measures. They were polite, knowledgeable, on time, and easy to work with. They also explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this company!
They came out almost immediately when my furnace died on a Saturday morning in 10 degree weather. Temped in a new one, so I had heat, and came back a week later to finish the install. Chuck and Tre were fabulous. On time. Polite and respectful. Cleaned everything up and made sure I knew all about the new equipment. Fairly priced. Would recommend for sure.

In those 28 years, I have always received, the very highest-level, of customer-service, from it's owner, Steve Bez, and his dedicated staff of employees! The service technicians, are always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, patient, and attentive to all my needs! With the troublesome conditions of the world today, where elderly customers, like myself, are truely fearful, in allowing strangers into their homes, I'm always comfortable, in the presence of anyone, Steve Bez, schedules me with! I always feel, that I'm receiving, the very best deal, for the money, and that I'm never being taken for a ride, or becoming a victim of price-gouging! Tre from Mastercraft came to our home to install a new furnace. He was polite and told us that they would make sure everything would be cleaned up and they would go through everything with us before they leave. Tre gave us the information on the downloading of the programable app. for our phones. T.J. explained how the new thermostat works and he helped set it up. All went smooth. We love our Trane furnace and I would highly recommend Tre, J.T. and Dave. All were very professional and efficient.
