Carlos did an excellent job of cleaning and evaluating our furnace system. He recommended first change batteries on thermostat, did pan treatment and flame sensor. Advised UV light needed replace, quoted price and will do that when check air conditioner in late spring. Friendly and Professional. Great Job

Had a great experience. They cleared my main drain, ran a scope down to check it, and felt they could do better and ran a larger blade down again. The extra effort paid off and the scope showed a nice clean drain. Great work and highly recommend!

I have been using Master Services for several years now, and I have consistently been very satisfied with their work. They offer financing options and a veteran’s discount, which I truly appreciate. Richard was the technician who came out at night to inspect my furnace. He clearly explained that it was no longer safe or repairable due to unfixable circumstances. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, explained the different replacement systems, and even discussed the possibility of repairs where applicable. He answered every question thoroughly and honestly. The next morning, Jake arrived right away to install the new furnace and remove the old one. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered my questions, completed the installation quickly, and had our heat restored in less than 24 hours. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the AC and furnace services Master Services has provided over the past few years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC work.

All three of our technicians were amazing! Morgan communicated effectively with us previous to, and up to his arrival. After discussion of all pertinent details, he called for same day service which was perfect for our situation. Upon arrival a hour later, Mitchell and Riley explained well what they were here for and the exact procedures they would follow, and why. They told us what they found and allowed us to watch the procedure at will throughout the day; and answered all of our questions along the way. They also extended other options kindly, as well as future considerations. Our techs even had to leave and come back twice, working late into the day, to finish well. AWESOME job! Worth every penny!
