Master Repair Plumbing did another great job. Larry Wright, assigned plumber, came out diagnosed with a drop down camera into my laundry drainage pipe, shared with me, saw a broken pipe and roots. He gave me estimate and came out with crew done 2 days. Excellent work and service. Highly recommend. Another great experience with Master Repair Plumbing! Larry and his crew replaced my faulty water heater. All in just a couple hours. Great repair and fair price. Again highly continue to recommend Master Plumbing.

These people are crooks. They charged me $400 for what every other plumber I have spoken to said should have cost $175 - $200! Do not trust them, get a second opinion!

Beware!! They were hired by my insurance company to have a slab leak repaired Which happened right before thanksgiving. They responded quick came out they bypassed the slab went through the attic. Jack explained everything that they had repaired. This was on Dec 2nd. I started noticing more water under my hardwood flooring and the carpet in that room was wet again after it had already dried. I called them and Dixie that answered the phone said her guys know What there doing but would send them out. They came out on the 10th I explained and showed Jack were I found more water he explained it was residual water from the repair they did. The following day water was leaking from the ceiling into my living room I called several times and theyre not open on Saturday so I left messages turned off the water and waited for Monday. When they came out the part they repaired was leaking It wasn't clamped properly. Long story short Dixie fought me on getting my house repaired with the people she sent out she sent 3 companies and fought all the estimate received, I had to have a second claim done to have the repairs done. This could have been taken care of in a timely manner I would not had to have blowers drying the cement for over three weeks. This took a little over 5 months. and after all send and done the total cost was over 10,000.00 dollars in damages.

Chad from Master Repair Plumbing is the man. I had another plumbing company come out to take a look at a leak that was coming out of the exterior of my house below the kitchen sink between the slab and the bricks. This company said it was a leak in the slab and quoted me $10k to jackhammer through and make the repair after charging me a super expensive diagnosis fee. My insurance thought that quote was high for that job so they connected me to Master Repair Plumbing for a second opinion. Chad came out and quickly diagnosed that the problem was a leak *above* the slab and made the repair on the spot for the same amount as the first company's diagnosis fee(which was entirely coincidental). He also told me that if i did actually have the leak in the slab where the first company thought it was, Master Repair Pluming would've charged less than HALF of what the first company was going to charge. I asked the first company for a refund and they wanted to send their people back out again because they had a hard time believing the fix was that simple. So i scheduled Chad specifically to come out at the same time they were coming out to have everyone on the same page. Chad performed a static water test in front of the other company at my house, explained how he found the problem, and proved how they had misdiagnosed the problem which ultimately saved me thousands. The other company admitted their error and i'm getting a refund for their expensive misdiagnosis fee. If you have a slab leak, want someone to explain in detail what they're seeing, show you, prove it with a static water test, AND not afraid to come out again to back up their work in front of another company, give your business to Master Repair Plumbing. They are honest and won't gouge you.

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.

I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of. I will call them again for future repair and drainage needs! 8/4/2025. They were very professional and explained each step they went through. They left to get a part but came back quickly and our repair was done in two hours. I was very pleased that they cleaned up the area and except for the water you couldn't even tell they had been there. The price was extremely affordable and I have called them to return and take care of a smaller problem inside. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and cost.

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

6/15/17 We had an obvious leak in the wall between the shower and toilet. It had grown quit stinky and thus the call to Master Repr. I spoke to Dixie who was very knowledgeable about her business and was prompt to send Jack out the next morning. He made a small opening in the wall and could see, with a magic machine, that the problem was the drain water from the shower was going on outside of the tub liner and stagnating there. He sufficiently made repairs and was outta here with little ado. Price was fair Jack the Plumber was friendly, clean, efficient Dixie at office was friendly and helpful. We will use them again.

We called several companies for a slab leak problem with our hot water line. We decided to use master repair plumbing due to reasonable prices and their ability to quickly assess and diagnose the problem. They came the next day and worked efficiently to get to the pipe under the floor and repair it. Jack and his team are experts! They understood how we needed to get this fixed as quickly as possible. Being without hot water for several days while getting estimates from different companies was no fun! Thank you Jack and team for getting this done! If you have a plumbing issue, you are in good hands with this company!

I just took a nice long shower in our bathroom that recently had a stopped sewer line, and wanted to thank Mike at Master Repair for his hard work. Fortunately, he was able to come out the same day we called! The stoppage ended up being 100' from the city sewer cleanout, and it took some back and forth with a camera and cable to clear it. But Mike was tenacious and patient. Plus, he was such a nice guy! He even gave us an estimate for the sewer line replacement we'll need eventually (old clay pipe + tree roots, sigh). He says he doesn't read these, but I hope someone else in the office passes the message along.

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks
