When a pipe burst behind our kitchen wall, we were in full panic mode. Luckily, Master Plumber Services responded immediately. Their emergency plumbing team was well-prepared and solved the issue quickly while reassuring us every step of the way.
I had a major leak under my slab and didn’t know where to turn. The technician arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, and used advanced equipment to detect the exact location of the leak. The repair was done without causing unnecessary damage to my floors. The crew worked professionally and cleaned up after themselves.
Extremely rude customer service. I had asked for a bid and they hung up the phone. Called on 05/07 at 3:13 PM. Spoke with a lady on the line who proceeded to hang up the phone on me instead of saying we do not work on brand new construction. Why not just say that? Extremly rude business and customer service.
I hadpipe burst in the middle of the night at my ceiling I called them at 2 AM. They showed up in approximately one hour. Eric was very patient. They did the diagnostic and help me with the repairs during the night. The price was very fair. Great company to work with
