Master Group HVAC is hands down the best! They were on time, professional, and offered a great price for the work. The quality of their HVAC service was excellent, and everything was done efficiently. On top of that, they provide really good financing options, which made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and affordable HVAC work!
This is the second time I use this company. First time was a couple of years ago and Adam did my service, he was great! And this time I asked for him specifically and he came to the rescue. As always very punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He even shares tips on how to keep your unit in the best condition possible. Their prices are reasonable as well. If you need an experienced professional, ask for Adam.
I would like to revise my previous google review from a few months ago regarding the service of Master Group's Mini-Split (heat & A/C) unit in our home. We were having problems with the heat portion of our mini split and were not happy about the lack of heat production coming from this particular unit. After discussing the situation back and forth with Adam, my husband & I decided to upgrade to the Hyper Heat unit. So far we are pleased with this brand new unit which is pumping out heat. Our basement is very warm. Although we went through some frustrating conversations, Adam & Master Group were willing to work the situation out and ultimately wanted us to be a satisfied customer. Abel was the young man who installed our new unit and he was very nice and respectful and we appreciate his hard work on a very cold & wet day.
The absolute best with customer supports, and customer satisfaction. Needed a boiler replaced. Quoted me in the summer. Despite the quote lasting 30 days, they honored the quoted price. And with the most professionalism and care, completed my boiler replacement in less than 8 hours. Just look at this beauty (before & after pics). Thank you Adam and team.
