I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP. I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist. Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy. Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly. I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house. I'm so happy I found this Company, and Carl made me a client of MAS for life! Thanks again, Carl and MAS!

I really appreciated Mas plumbing schedule my appointment for the very nice day. Everyone is very nice and friendly tackling the plumbing problem as soon as possible. Matt did an excellent job replacing the wax ring and bolting down the toilet. He was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Mas Plumping. Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries

I would definately focus on teaching your drivers the rules of the road. Speeding, aggressive driving, using cellphone while operating a motor vehicle. All that while driving a vehicle with company logo.

This review is for the plumber Carl. I got a lot of passive hostility from him which I did not appreciate. I don't know what his problem was, but I will definitely make sure not to have him come back around me again! I did appreciate the friendly customer service from the office though.

Their plumber, Tyler, showed up early to my home, and placed shoe covers on before entering. We discussed the problem related to natural gas line placement in the kitchen, and how it needed to be moved to install a new gas range. Before he started work he measured the area that needed to be cut in the backsplash, and constructed a containment tent to stop any drywall dust from spreading throughout my home. He took his time and made precision cuts in the backsplash, so that it could be easily re-installed. At the end of the job, he cleaned up the work area before showing me the work that he performed. Professional attitude - fantastic job.

We used this plumbing service based on a recommendation from a friend and had a great experience from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, prompt, and came out to our house quickly to resolve the issue we were dealing with. Our technician, Carl, was especially impressive. He was very knowledgeable, clearly experienced, and took the time to explain what was going on and how it was being fixed. His professionalism and skill really stood out during a stressful situation. We’re very thankful for the service we received and will absolutely be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend.

MAS Plumbing deserves more than the 5 stars I can give. We had frozen pipes which burst and we called MAS Plumbing immediately knowing we would be in good hands since we have worked with them multiple times in the past. Tyler was out to us within 20min of calling. He did a WONDERFUL job, explained everything to us in detail, and couldn’t be more professional. Price was fair, especially when needing a plumber at 6:30pm. Barb in the office is the BEST. We will always use MAS Plumbing.

Outstanding plumbers! They showed up right at 8 and installed my new water heater, put in 2 spigots, and installed shower cartridge. Tony and Casper did a excellent job, and explained everything. I did have to have some other emergency service done the following week. They had Carl come out in late evening to investigate. Everything was good and he also explained everything. I am having MAS as my go to plumbers. Great business and the pricing is fare.

Blind called MAS Plumbing 1/19/26 for a sewer backup. They were able to get someone out same day, and in fact within 2 hours. Nick and Matt were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the location of the blockage quickly and accurately, and went the extra mile to ensure the sewer line was clear in front of and beyond the point of blockage. All of this at a reasonable and on short notice. Thank you MAS, Nick, Matt and Candy in the office.

A simple job done wrong / poorly led my backyard to become a lake. Needed them to replace by submersible pump and the video shows the work the plumber did. Edit: came out finally after multiple phone calls. Connection from pipe to pump not properly done. MAS poor work quality. No one has offered me money back, my entire yard landscape and fence are trashed, MAS has taken no accountability. Never again and hope I help someone else avoid a mess here.

MAS plumbing was suggested to me by Leak Defence, the leak detection systems I chose to have installed. Eric, from MAS came out and assessed my system and was also the same tech to install the system for me. He was awesome. The installation was quick and everything works amazing. I am going to have them install the plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement this spring when I have the basement finished! I highly recommend them!

I was relieved to be able to get someone from MAS plumbing to come out on Saturday afternoon. My laundry drain overflowed and I was afraid it was going to damage my recent new basement floor. Matt came out within a half hour. Unfortunately it took 2 visits to rectify the problem, which was not their problem. Matt did a great job. MAS are my go to plumbing guys.

I called MAS Plumbing because they sponsor a local community event I support. They answered the phone right away and were at my home the same day. They fixed my plumbing problem right then, were very professional and friendly, and showed me what was causing the problem. I highly recommend this company, and will use them for future work. Reasonable price also.

MAS was able to provide a estimate based on the on line chat and pictures submitted. Technician arrived on time. Confirmed service required and charges. Explained there would be additional charge for parts. Work completed in an efficient manner. Tech (Zach) showed components that needed replacement. Area was cleaned upon completion. Would use in the futute.
