After my plumber of whom I’ve used personally and for my business for more than 13 years was a no show , I called Maryland Sewer in the hopes of getting the sewer main snaked as soon as possible. I left a message with the answering service and within 5 minutes I received a call. I spoke with Ronnie, explained what was going on and he came out immediately to resolve the issue. Ronnie was friendly and thorough to a fault. What seemingly was a huge challenge initially, didn’t bother him- he kept pressing forward and made it happen. He took measures to protect my home with tarps and more. He went above and beyond by helping me in removing the drawers to my bathroom vanity so that I could clean the mess up that was underneath from the sewage flooding. In doing so, he found another issue and resolved that as well! I couldn’t be more grateful and thanks to Ronnie, he’s just an all around good guy. Couldn’t ask for a more honest guy and thanks to him, I could peacefully have a drink and take a shower. As a business owner and property manager, I would recommend Maryland Sewer 100%. Brandon was super helpful and pleasant. Although we had to ultimately call the county for our issue he gave us the number and called additionally for us to hopefully speed them up to come.

My insurance gave me these guys,and i called them twice and the just sit and lie to you that they are comming.Forget about comming they do not do anything a total wste of time.After one day I had my insurance get me a different plumber to come out and do the job.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CO,sorry to say that,but when you sewer is backed up that is an emergency and you really do need some one that cares.

They did not resolve my issue of a stopped up toilet. After a couple of days the toilet and bath tub were again stopped up. They said it was trouble on the city side but we found that not to be true. They stopped taking my calls and did not return calls. I called roto rooter and they fixed the problem immediately and we have had no problems. They charged me $335.00 for nothing, I gave it one star because I could not choose no stars.

I originally left a five star review but I had to come back and change it because my sink that was repaired lasted for three days. Steve told me that I needed a new faucet to get my hot water pressure working in my kitchen sink. I ordered a new faucet that cost $125, He charged me $325 to put it in. When I called to tell him the sink was not fixed he comes back and tells me it was the valve. A valve that costs $9.97 at Home Depot and my brother put in for free. Steve was going to charge me $308 to put the valve on. I paid $450 for a $10 job . I did not give this a one star because I am hoping this was just a misdiagnosed problem and not a business yanking my chain to get as much money out of me as possible. In my opinion since he misdiagnosed the problem and I already paid $425 for something that was not the issue, he should have put the $10 valve on for free. These are all learning lessons for new homeowners, do your research and always get second opinions.

I spent a good amount of time researching and reading reviews before reaching out to this company. We originally believed we had a failed septic system, but later discovered it was just a drain pipe blockage. Brandon came out the same day. He’s personable, honest, and genuinely seems to enjoy his job and working for this company. I work in underwriting for construction financing, so I have a pretty good sense of when something feels off. He didn’t come close to giving me that impression. Good people. I’m honestly disappointed I’ve lived out here for five years and am only now discovering them. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with Maryland Sewer & Plumbing. I was kept informed every step of the process. Appointment was easy to make and it was at my convenience and I was notified of tech that was coming and the time frame. I was notified when tech was on the way. My tech Ronnie M. was very professional and explained what the issues were and how he would correct the problems. Before he left he made sure that I was satisfied with the job he had done. Asked if I had any additional questions. He had left the job site very clean. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone who needs a great plumbing company.

MD Sewer & Plumbing Service sent Brandon to unclog my bathtub. The clog was so bad that when I turn on the faucet at the vanity, it would backup in the bathtub. There was dirty water standing in the bathtub and it wouldn't budge. Brandon worked his magic and cleared the drain until everything was working properly. Brandon is a hard worker who doesn't give up no matter what it takes. He's the best plumber I have ever had to service my home. If you need plumbing work, I highly recommend MD Sewer & Plumbing Service. You will definitely be satisfied with their work.

I hate that this company has such bad reviews. My family has had an incredibly positive experience. Our water heater went out and all we had was cold water, then our basement started to flood. Horizon was going to come out on 2 different occasions and kept cancelling. We took our chances, call the Plumber Guys and they came out, replaced the water tank AND repaired our toilet. They also made recommendations on other repair requests. They were quick, down to earth and knowledgeable. Would recommend again and again. Thanks, Ron!

We had a different “drain cleaning” company come out and “couldn’t get through the roots” leaving my sewer more backed up than when they got here. I called Maryland Sewer and Ronnie came out just to give me an estimate to replace the sewer drain. I asked if there was anything I could do to get us through the weekend until they could do the work and he said let me take a look and try to snake it. He got the drain clear and explained the whole situation to me. 100% will recommend and will use them again! So relieved right now.

Brandon did a very careful, thorough inspection of the line and patiently explained the situation. I am grateful for the kind, professional manner in which this inspection and diagnosis was conducted. A couple months after the camera inspection, I had MD Sewer replace the sewer line. This was a very scary job for me because of unknowns and the cost was big. The MD Sewer guys explained the worse case scenario to prepare me and I appreciate that in the end, the job was accomplished with fewer complications than expected.

I had an excellent experience with Maryland Sewer & Plumbing Services Inc., even under challenging circumstances. The price for their services was very reasonable. Ronnie was wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any plumbing services or emergencies. Although I usually have a regular plumber whom I’ve relied on for years, I called Maryland Sewer & Plumbing for an after-hours emergency. After my experience tonight, I may consider using them regularly instead.

Brandon was incredible. Not only did he communicate clearly when he'd arrive, he showed up and was able to assess the issue very quickly. It's obvious he's extremely knowledgeable in his field - I learned a ton! He was able to fix a clog in my main sewer drain, as well as identify an issue on the city's side of the pipe that they need to repair. My experience with Brandon was professional, and he took extra time to ensure I was happy with the job and fully understood the process.

Ronnie is an asset to your company He is polite, does professional work, answered all of my questions. He left me with the impression that he was honest and that your company is honest. Honesty, integrity mean a lot to me He made sure everything worked before he left I will use your Maryland Sewer and Plumbing and Ronnie should I have any more problems . Put new faucet in tub and cleared the main drain I have peace of mind that these 2 things were taken care of. Thank you
