Marvin responded to an emergency call to replace 2 leaky washing machine bibs. He was prompt, professional and very helpful in addressing a couple of other plumbing questions. The quality of work excellent and the work was completed in a short amount of time. He is knowledgable regarding plumbing issues and did not try to upsell me for unnecessary additional work. He gave me suggestions for maintenance that were very helpful. I will be calling him for future projects.

I hired Marvin for a large job replacing old galvanized steel water lines to copper lines in a 4plex. He did an excellent job, showed up on time and kept the jobsite clean. I would recommend him to anyone, he is my go to plumber for my properties in the East Bay.

I needed a LOT of repair work done, after the helpful inspection and diagnosis (complete with photos from the crawl space). I needed emergency repair, so I booked an appointment on their website, at a time slot they said was available. No one showed up at the scheduled time. I called them and they said they'd send someone several hours later - and again, no one showed up. They offered to reschedule for next morning, which was too long of a wait. I messaged back and forth with them to see if they could send someone sooner, and they became uncommunicative. Terrible experience.

Marvin replied to my message shortly after receiving my message. After sending pictures of my plumbing needs (toilet repair/new flush valve needed) Marvin agreed to come the NEXT day. Marvin was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He brought new parts with him and made the replacement/repair in under 30 minutes. I mentioned a slow drain in another bathroom and he fixed that too. Marvin Plumbing helped us with a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.
