I went into my store today and it was 40 degrees. I wasn't able to get through to the landlords, but I was worried about a pipe busting so I didn’t want to wait. I called Martz and they sent someone out extremely fast. Isaac was extremely respectful of my space and got down to the issue at hand (improper install). He was able to set up a temporary solution until we're able to discuss with the landlords how to move forward. By the time I left it was already 58 degrees and steadily increasing. I HIGHLY recommend them. They will be my go-tos in the future!

We have needed service from Martz Plumbing numerous times over the past six years. In every case, Martz was timely, professional, and successful in addressing our problems. We highly recommend Martz Plumbing.

New to the area, woke up at 6 AM with no hot water. Called Martz, sent them a couple of pics, and had a new HW heater installed by 2PM the same day....it doesn't get any better than that.Their office plumbing coordinator was responsive, and the 2 service techs were wonderful, fast and super nice people.....great experience and we'll use them again.

I called on 10/20 about a leaking radiator/pipe. The following day Ryan came out to look at my issue. Ryan was going to check on a replacement radiator and if one was not available we discussed capping off the pipe that goes to the radiator. After not hearing back from him for a few days, I called and left a message. I did not hear back. I waited a few more days and left another message. I did not hear back. Again on 10/31 I left another message. I still have not heard back.

My AC seemed to not be cooling enough for a few days. I call Martz and they scheduled me the very next day to look at it. Long story short my system was performing to specifications to include all pressure reading. Tech discussed a few things about thermostat setting etc. He even installed a filter I had bought months before as a spare. The system has been fine ever since. Great timely response! Honest assessment of my system (said it was good). Didn’t try to upsell or any of that foolery that we hear about. Highly recommend Martz!!!
