Collin from Marshall Services came to inspect/service our sump pump and was great… thorough, friendly and professional. He clearly explained the issues and the options so we could make a plan.
We are very happy with Lance and the service that Marshall provides. We had Lance come into the house for an annual checkup of the heating system. The checkup was thorough and comprehensive with me learning a lot for purposes of DIY maintenence. We had Lance come back to make a couple of repairs that he had recommended. As with the first visit, Lance was professional and efficient. I would recommend Lance to everyone. We like Marshall and are happy that it is a local company.
My honest opinion of the company. Moved to the Collegeville area two years ago. Went with Marshall because of all the positive reviews. Pros: Professional techs. Lance was the most recent. He is very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him if you have a boiler system. Scheduling is easy. Affordable monthly membership. Cons: High prices. I understand that we pay trades for their expertise and knowledge, but I could not get over some of the quotes. I would definitely shop around if you have some big ticket items to repair. I just had three items replaced by a different company for less than the cost of one replacement I was quoted for.
Travis was very helpful in doing some electrical work to install a frame TV with the box and cords hidden. He was friendly and efficient - did great work and cleaned everything up!
