Fantastic company, great crew. They have been my go to company for years and honestly they just keep getting nicer and always provide excellent service. Today they came out for an emergency leak. Got here within an hour of my call and fixed the problem in minutes. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I contacted Mallard around 1030am about a leak I had at a faucet for my outside spigot. They were at my house by 3pm. Paul and his partner were great. Very professional, cleaned the area and did a great job. I will definitely use Mallard again for any of my plumbing needs!!!

I called Mallard for a grinder pump that stopped working on a Saturday. Their technician, Paul, was able to meet me at the property within 90 minutes. He arrived clean, courteous, and was very professional. Paul explained his diagnosis of the issue and costs before the work began. In addition, he explained a few worst case scenarios if he ran into potential issues during the repair. Thankfully, it was simple and the original quote was all that I paid. Paul was able to correct the issue quickly and left the area cleaner than it was when he began. I’ve used Mallard Plumbing in the past for my personal home and I have recommended them to many of my clients (as I’m a Realtor). A special thanks to Paul for coming out on Valentine’s Day! I needed to get my kitchen sink unclogged. Sent a quote request on Sunday evening (!) and received a reply within one hour. Guys were at my house on Monday morning promptly at 8am. Used shoes covers and covered the whole floor from the entrance door to the kitchen with drop cloth before they brought their machines in and started working. They were done in about 30min. Left the house as clean as it was before their visit. They were friendly and professional. Can’t say that their rates are low, but the service was worth it. I will call this company again if plumbing services will be needed in the future.
