Angel took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our plumbing concerns clearly and explained maintenance that are not normally provided by a supplier. The work was completed to an high standard, and functioning perfectly. Angel was professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service from start to finish. I would confidently recommend him and will use Maitland Winter Park Plumbing again.
Toby inspected our shower and did a shower pan test - he did not detect any present dampness of subfloor from the crawl space and it appears that over the years there has been a build up of water saturating the mortar layer under the tile causing water seeping up through the grout - he suggested we go back to using the shower , since it has not been used in two weeks , and if there is wetness under the house, to call him back. He was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him to others.
Toby was punctual and did all the repairs and installation efficiently. We are very happy. Besides installing the new faucet, he also replaced two valves and three flexible water lines. The original copper pipe from 1982 was pitted and in need of replacement.
We’ve used Maitland Winter Park Plumbing for several years at our office and were always pleased with the service. They came out today for a simple service call which took just over an hour and we got hit with a bill for $800 in labor for clearing a few sinks and fixing a toilet, no estimate provided in advance. Not sure if they changed owners but we will not be using again.
I recently had a plumbing issue that was resolved effectively by a skilled plumber who quickly identified the problem. I just want to say the plumber was great and the issue was when I made the original call to the office.However, I faced significant challenges when it came to scheduling my appointment. After my value membership ended, I felt like I was no longer a priority. I was informed by the representative on the phone that it would take a week and a half to send someone out, which seemed excessive. I had to request that they call me if there were any cancellations. The only reason I chose not to seek another plumber was that the Maitland plumber originally installed my water heater. I believe the businesses must recognize that delays in service can lead to lost customers. When potential clients experience long wait times, it reflects poorly on the company. This situation is unacceptable and should be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.
