A 15.00 external part didnt require internal extensions, sadering, uncleaned up mess and "possible" holes in the wall plus a big bill. Grateful i wasn't ignorant to the work at hand and declined.”

“The mainstream team is very nice but unfortunately incompetent in plumbing. They installed a tankless water heater for me and you will be able to see from the pictures that the work done was very shoddy. Specifically when they installed the vent they simply pushed the old one out and exposed the hole to rain. So of course when it rained it drenched my attic. They had to build a platform to mount the water heater …”
