Minor toilet repair and major tankless water heater repairs. Great guys. Office that actually answers the phone. On time and kept me informed if there were changes. Price was great.

Wonderful experience with Mainstream Plumbing with scheduling an appointment and the knowledge and kindness of their service tech. He was very thorough in trying to locate my leak issue and offered multiple options to resolve. Quick to get the repair completed and provide me relief that it wasn’t anything major like I had suspected. Will definitely use again if there is ever a need!

My opinion is if you desire honest work and appreciate your money being used on the actual job required to complete the task call elsewhere. A 15.00 external part didnt require internal extensions, sadering, uncleaned up mess and "possible" holes in the wall plus a big bill. Grateful i wasn't ignorant to the work at hand and declined.

We used them to replace a water heater that went out. It seemed like they did a good job until about a month later when we opened the door to the room and realized there was a leak that had resulted in mold on the walls. We called them and they came out and “fixed” it, which we later learned they did not. Here we are a year later, the leak is still going strong, and the water heater has gone out. We are working with another plumber to fix all of the issues they have created, but definitely recommend not going with them if you value your home.

The mainstream team is very nice but unfortunately incompetent in plumbing. They installed a tankless water heater for me and you will be able to see from the pictures that the work done was very shoddy. Specifically when they installed the vent they simply pushed the old one out and exposed the hole to rain. So of course when it rained it drenched my attic. They had to build a platform to mount the water heater and when they built it they could have easily moved the old drain pan. But instead, as you see in the pic they simply built the 2x4 leg into the drain pan. I had to cut the leg and rebuild it myself. Then probably the worse part is that the way they plumbed the drain it was not sealed. Your can see they simply split the drain hose and pushed it onto the drain outlet. No clamp, nothing to secure it. And with most water heaters it's a slow drain so it slowly leaked onto our ceiling right under the attack into a closet that was not used regularly. So black and green mold grew and it was not until we went into the closet several months later that we noticed. I of course ripped out the mold immediately and had it repaired and had the plumbing to the water heater fixed. I have reached out to mainstream to pay for the repairs and they won't respond. Sadly no one should use them if they want quality work.

Mainstream Services has been out several times over the past few years to address various plumbing issues. They are always prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. They fix whatever problem we have for a very fair price and provide an excellent warranty. We highly recommend them. The latest service call was for a toilet that had gotten old and tired and started running. They fixed the problem and did not try to sell us extra things we did not need or want. (You may or may not have noticed that some other companies’ Service Technicians work on a regular fee basis plus a commission for any “extra” service or parts they can sell you - whether you need or want want the extras or not. I have had a few plumbing and AC companies offer this “service” to me. I realize those corporations need to make money because they have to pay for expensive ads on TV and the corporate owners - who may live in a state elsewhere - want/need the extra money so they train their Techs to try to get it out of me or you.) Mainstream is local and family owned - no games, just great service and reasonable prices with no unnecessary upsell.

I thought it odd that the few times these guys were called to a leak at one of my rentals that the fix was a whole new water heater and repiping of said water heater. Nevertheless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to coincidence. After all, they are the experts. But then I had a pipe leak in a separate rental caused by the snovid freeze. The tenant had called a plumber who quoted $1500 to repair. Of course I called Mainstream to get a second quote. You can believe how my stomach churned when they quoted a 20 thousand dollar whole home repiping as the fix. I can just imagine how much I overpaid for my other fixes. My guess is that their workers are on commission and get a percentage of the jobs they sell. Just a guess. Bottom line, find a company thats more honest. Mainstream will oversell the fix. You might just need a new toilet plunger, but they will try to talk you in to 3 new toilets, a bidet, and a rerouted sprinkler system. Kaching!!

I had the guys put in a Pelican whole house filtration system. It took me a while to get them out to do the work as they seemed to be always on emergency jobs. When they came they were great did the work fine and quoted me to plumb in my fridge. After they had left, one tank in the system started to leak and was isolated. I still had water so no emergency. It has been almost 2 months and I still do not have the tank replaced. They came in December and plumbed in the fridge leaving a hole in the drywall. They promised they would send out someone to make good. I appreciate it was the holiday period but I still have a hole in the wall one months later. I have just had a call to say they don't make good that's my problem. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. I guess you just can't believe what some people say. If I had known that they don't do the whole job I would have gone and had them rip my wall up. Be warned. RP Austin.

I needed a natural gas line extended to a gas log fireplace in my backyard. After many days of calling other plumbers and getting no response, I asked a friend for a referral and he said to call Mainstream. I dialed their number twice and never got a connection. In moments I received a call from Mainstream saying that they missed my call and wanted to know how they could help me. Can you believe it?? I explained what I needed and an appointment was set up to come look at the site and do an estimate. They gave me a fair price and we booked the appointment. They were extremely neat, professional, and fast. I was lucky, too, because they left a couple of tools at my house and when they came back I was able to ask a question about the installation. They listened to my concern and fixed it immediately. I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber - residential or commercial.

We started getting gray water backups into showers, bathtubs and toilets. I ran a 20 ft auger into as many of the drains as I could to no avail. That's when I called the guys at Mainstream. They offered to come out on a Sunday, but since we had no real emergency I told them Monday would be fine. The tech arrived on time and went to work on the cleanout. He found the offending culprit with his auger (root penetration) but also ran a camera through the full length to make sure we had no other issues. We had Doleva Tree Service remove the tree, so Mainstream could dig out and replace the cracked pipe section. Why the landscaper put a tree over our sewer line escapes me. Anyway, all of the work was done by top notch, friendly professionals. Can't say enough about Mainstream. I found our go-to plumber for all my plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Mainstream. Like many Rinnai tankless water heater owners, mine busted during "Snowpocalypse 2021." Rinnai did not have enough parts or units to supply the demand and the plumbing companies were asking over $5K to replace or swap with a different brank. Mainstream figured out that Navien units were easy to swap and a better built unit, with stainless steel heat exchange. Paula let me know that they acquired a truckload and would install one for me for HALF of what the 2 other companies had quoted. I had been without hot water for a couple of weeks so I didn't mind waiting a few more days. Eric and CJ came out and had me going in about an hour. They were knowledgeable, neat, and friendly. It's a small business so every employee takes pride in being a part of the team.

Fourteen years ago Eric with Mainstream Services installed a new Bradford White gas water heater for us. It had been problem free beyond the typical life of 10-12 years, until it died on us Friday. Again, this was 14 years with no issues whatsoever. I called mainstream again and Eric was out at my house- within. 20 minutes-draining my water heater in the attic to prevent a flood. He then left and got all the necessary supplies and returned to install a new Bradford White water heater. All told within 4 hours of that cold morning shower we were up and running again without a hitch. Truly pleased. How many other plumbing companies offer that level of service? We highly recommend Mainstream Services for all your plumbing needs- after 14 years we KNOW they can be trusted!

We first used Mainstream about a year ago, at the recommendation of friends from church, and we were not disappointed. Three other plumbers (yes 3) had incorrectly diagnosed a problem with our Kitchen sink stopping up. Ben came in and correctly diagnosed it, saving us thousands of dollars. This week we had a leak in one of our bathrooms, and Ben came again, and quickly diagnosed, and fixed our problem. This is a company whose owner, and employees are filled with integrity, make their customers' needs a priority, are more than fair with their charges, and quite simply, a class act. It's such a blessing to find a company like this.

Contacted Mainstream after another plumbing company failed to follow through. Ben came over, told me what I needed and I went to go get it a few days later. Scheduled an install date for our shower set. Ben was a little late to start, ran into some complicating factors, and had some emergencies in between, but the install looks great. He had to do a few extra things because of an accident he made, which made the task go longer, yet we are pleased with our experiences. Ben was easy to speak with and he got right to work each time he came back. The only issue I would say would need work would be communication.
