We had amazing service with Frederic! We had what shouldn't have been a difficult faucet repair but due to previous plumbing it made the job harder. Frederic handled it with expertise and poise. He had an amazing attitude the entire time and even took a look at another issue we had. Would highly recommend his services and Magic Plumbing ATX!

They came out same day and installed a new toilet for me, im in the trades and respect great work. They even gave us home made candles lol. Will definitely call them again.

I had a lot of water discharge from my water heater exterior drain pipe the night before the big freezes hit Austin toward the end of January. Turns out the T&P discharge line had been cut leaving a 4 inch gap. I rent so I wasn't aware it was a problem until the water discharge began. Having pipes burst in 2021, I was concerned it could happen again, but Tim assured me I'd be ok. Evan came and fixed the issue within minutes. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Great guys, great service and a very reasonable bill. I highly recommend them if you value honesty and fair rates. Thank you, Magic Plumbing!

I got a call from my tenants saying that there was a leak in the home and that water was coming down from the ceiling. It was late Friday evening, so I frantically called multiple plumbers as I know how much damage can occur with a water leak. It was after 6PM, so most places were closed, but Jonathan answered my call immediately. His plumber arrived at the home within an hour, and assessed the leak. The situation needed further investigation, and the plumber said he would come back the next day. Before he left, the plumber advised my tenants on what to do/what not to do to make sure the leak doesn't get worse. Jonathan and his team came back first thing the next morning, and after running more tests and evaluating the pipes in the home, Jonathan found the source of the leak. The source of the leak was unexpected, and I was so relieved Jonathan found the issue. Jonathan was prompt in is response time, knowledgeable, professional, and I appreciated his thoroughness and hard work throughout the process. I had 3 plumbers bid for a repipe job for a property I manage, & I went with Magic Mechanical because the owners ( Jonathan & tim) came to give the estimate (implied they would be onsite to oversee the job), they were reasonably priced, but most importantly - they promised a crew of 4-5 guys and to get the work done in a day- day 1/2. They seemed knowledgeable, smart, and to have a clear understanding of the work & timeline. When the job started, they only had one guy working all day, with intermittent help.This pushed the job past timeline (tenant without water for days) and consistently worked past work hours agreed upon with the tenant. When they completed, it was over budget, timeline, and they left a mess at the job sight. They funny thing is, I work in the construction industry, they charged me 300% mark up on a part, bc they didn't think I would know any better. I paid them, without any argument- but def considered my experience to be a dishonest one. I personally would make sure to have everything in writing before choosing to work with them, but will not be using their services aga.

Best plumbing experience we’ve had in Austin I don’t usually leave reviews, but Magic Plumbing ATX really earned this one. We had a slab leak at our home in South Austin and called a few plumbers, but these guys stood out right away. Quick to respond, super professional, and upfront about everything. They showed up on time, explained what was going on in a way we could actually understand, and found the leak without tearing up half the house. Huge plus. The repair itself was done fast and clean, and they even helped us figure out a few other issues we’d been putting off, like replacing an old shutoff valve and talking us through options for a whole-home filtration system (which we’ll probably do next). You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. If you’re in South Austin, I highly recommend Magic Plumbing ATX. They’re local, licensed, and just plain good at what they do. It’s rare to find a plumbing company in Austin that combines great service with fair pricing, but these guys nailed it. Definitely saving their number for next time.

What started as an annual flush for my tank-less system became much more. Steven, the technician, detected a small leak coming out of the unit and let me know of a problem. Jonathan jumped on the case and was able to secure me a new Vesta VRS tank-less unit to replace my older unit as it was still under warranty. Without Steven and Jonathan on the case, I would have never detected a problem with the heat extender and unit until the whole unit would have given out. Kudos and a big thanks to Jonathan and Steven at Magic Plumbing for their diligence and attention to detail. Another big thanks goes to Vesta tankless systems for the best warranty in the business (15 years on heat extender, 5 years on parts) and for standing behind their products.

We had a clogged toilet and no plunger so I was leaving for the hardware store to purchase one. As I was leaving I saw the Magic Plumbing truck in my neighbor's driveway so I asked Evan if he had a plunger I could borrow. He said he didn't but if I'd give him a few minutes to finish my neighbor's problem, he'd come look at my problem. He did, and cleared the clog. He also did it at no charge. I will be calling Magic for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them. Evan is outstanding!

Excellent customer service. Frederic came out to assist in replacing an outdoor hose bib that was difficult to turn on and troubleshooting a toilet. I tried to replace the valve and flapper myself but couldn't figure out why the tank still kept refilling. He was able to figure out what was happening and provided an acceptable fix. The estimate for the work was fair and I would definitely use them again. He showed great patience when answering my questions and I never felt rushed.

They bring the magic baby ! Great experience with this plumbing company! They were professional, responsive, and showed up right on time. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed faster than I expected. The work was clean, efficient, and fairly priced. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but these guys definitely delivered. Highly recommend to anyone needing honest and dependable plumbing work!

I started using Magic Plumbing in October of 2025. Luckily for me Evan Burt has been there for me whenever I've needed him. You can trust Evan to do quality work and feel confident your not being taken advantage of which is hard to find these days. He has even answered his phone after 9pm when I've had a concern or question. Feel free to call around and get estimates but your not going to beat their quality of service for the price.
