Fixed water leak

I had problems of lichen sink not draining and washing machine draining into my kitchen sink, a total nightmare. Made’s plumbing found the issue which was a build up of old grease. Made’s cleaned out the main drain and the problem is fixed. I’ve decided to have them perform a hydrogen cleaning of the drains which will keep the drains clear. Thanks Made’s Plumbing.

Challenging Slab leak. We opted for the plumbing reroute to avoid anymore problems with 1/2 the house the leak was affecting. We chose to have piping rerouted to avoid the slab. It was no easy task and Ben did a very good job tracking and evaluating the reroute . He communicated well all the way through and showed us his work which is high quality. There was sheet rock cutting etc. which he and Demetrius were careful to cut so the sheetrock could be repaired smoothly when done. Ben met with the drywall person and showed him all the places and what areas should have access panels JIC anything occurs in the future. The hot water (which is what was leaking) is actually flowing better all across the house and I had to turn the water heater down to low because it was so hot. Better than it has ever been in the house. since we have lived there It pays to have a good skilled craftsman do the work!

Ben and his team replaced the sewer line from the house to the street at our Duncanville home. We had been experiencing backups and they responded quickly and evaluated with a camera the condition of our old cast iron pipes and identified several areas in the front lawn where roots had compromised the sewer pipe and noted the overall poor condition of the pipe. The sewer pipe installation was performed very professionally for a reasonable price and we were always updated on progress and next steps. The dig crew and Ben’s plumbing team did a great job with the new sewer line, very courteous at all times, great communication and cleanup was A+. We would definitely recommend Ben and Made’s Plumbing.

Made's has done work for us a couple of times. The first time, they helped us seal up a treacherous situation that was flooding us. The second time, they came up with a great solution to a broken hot water line underneath our slab. A half-dozen other plumbing companies gave us the runaround with dodgy quotes, high diagnostic costs and vagueness. Made's were direct and helpful and the pricing was clear and fair. When they came to do the work, they were mindful of the state they left our house in and even generously helped us with some structural issues around the installation. Our family is so thankful to Ben and his team. Highest recommendation.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge! I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work. He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises. I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but these guys deserve the five star review and more. I had two issues, the first being a broken outdoor faucet which they fixed and then two days later I had another unrelated issue which they were happy to fix. The communication was great, they came out between the times they said they were, did the job professionally and in good quality and let me know what was going on every step. Personable guys too- please if you’re having issues with plumbing, look no further than these guys.

Mades Plumbing did a great job for us when they replaced the wax seals in two toilets and replaced our outside faucets front and back. They were professional, courteous and highly competent. Ben took special pains to make sure all work was done correctly. He also took the time to inspect our garbage disposal and water heater and assisted me in getting warranty service on the water heater. We will be calling them for future work and wholeheartedly recommend Mades Plumbing to anyone in need of quality plumbing services.

This is hands down the best plumber in the area to me, and I’ve gladly w quite a few. I called an early morning 7a to be exact! Ben picked up the phone, I told him my issue and he was promptly at my home shortly thereafter. Ben and this company are great! They have very reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and even go the extra mile to help you if there is another issue. I have used Made’s plumbing services a handful of times over the past 5 years and they don’t disappoint! Love their ability for you to schedule service online. This was the first time that I used it and it was so easy to use! Keoni showed up and he has been here before, glad to see that he is still with the company. Mades Plumbing came out to repair a persistent leaking valve on our tub. They did a wonderful job after three over providers had failed. I'm thrilled beyond words! While here they agreed to reset a toilet whose wax ring had disappeared into the ether! No more rocking! We ALSO had a bar sink that was backed up and they were able to clear that too! They went way above and beyond to see that our needs were met! Will always use them in the future! Thanks guys!

Ben and his crew have been fantastic to us this last year beginning with that week of freezing weather. From fixing busted pipes, toilets, shower piping, and outside faucets, they have been professional and thorough in their work. He even helped with a questionable slab leak and recommended crews to finish our walls near the repairs. I would recommend him to anyone. I will call him first if I have any plumbing problems.
