I had the best experience with M2 Plumbing yesterday. One of the most honest, hard-working professionals I have ever met. I remember my mom telling me, "In your life you need a mechanic you can trust, a plumber you can trust, and a dentist you can trust." Lol. I have found a plumber with high integrity and I fully trust. Very thankful.

We called Mike out for multiple clogged toilets and they were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and focused on getting to the actual source of the problem instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. They got the clog resolved and didn’t try to sell us on any crazy fixes — just fixed what actually needed to be fixed. Honest, professional, and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent honest company with great pricing... They came out to my place for a quote. They looked at what I thought was a problem and they told me how to correct it easily on my own. They refused to charge me anything after looking at it... Great Honest company... thank you

Rarely is it possible to say I had an amazing experience with a plumber. I had contacted several companies and received several outrageous bids. M2 came when they said they would to look at the issue and give me a bid. He said he thought he could fix the issue for less than 1% of my lowest bid and without requiring us to damage any of our home interior or exterior. Hard to believe right? Fast forward an hour, and my drains are all draining properly. No damage to the interior or exterior of my home and the price was exactly what he said it would be. I'd say they have a customer for life, but with how good they did I don't see myself needing their services in the future. Thanks! Semper Fortis.

I reached out to M2 after the recent freeze. I was put on a waiting list, understandably, due to the high demand. The plumbers arrived yesterday and did a quick inspection and diagnosis of what occurred. I was fortunate in that it wasn’t an issue that needed to be remedied. I also had a problem with my hot water heater, but they informed me that they needed to prioritize customers that are still without water and would need to come back. I respect that. The plumbers were friendly, professional and explained the issue to me. I will definitely use them again!

The first impression of an into plumbing was good with just the phone call. Mike answered and was very helpful and took the time to diagnose and ask questions. We set up a same-day appointment and Buddy came and replaced two faucets. He did a good job replacing the faucets, lines, and shut-off valves with no issues so far. He was very nice and respectful. I'm very happy that I chose them especially since they were half the price as some of their competitors. I would highly recommend them and at least call them for a quote.

This company was awesome!!! I called at 8pm with an emergency and the owner of the company answers the phone while at dinner with him family. At 840pm he arrives and fixed my leak with a very affordable price . I even try to pay over the asking price for coming quickly at night and for pulling him away from his family and he would not hear of it. He finished by 9pm and i was able to get to bed at a good time. I will definitely be calling him when we get a new hot water heater since mine is old and getting wear out.

We have used M2 several times over three years, and have been impressed with their honesty each time. Today the M2 guy walks in, spends a few minutes diagnosing the problem and then says "it's an appliance problem, not a plumbing problem." He shows us why the appliance needs replacing, and then left and did not let us pay him. (!!!) Don't dread plumbing problems and don't call the big guys that show up *planning* to tell you that your whole house needs to be replumbed even before they walk in the door. Call M2!

I can't say enough good about M2. My longtime plummer quoted me thousands of dollars for a backup in my laundry room. I called M2 for a second opinion. They took the time to reassess the problem, found it was something else, and had it fixed immediately! Not to mention, the price was a fraction of what I had initially been quoted. Recently, I had another issue, and same as before, they fixed the problem quickly at a very low cost. I highly recommend this small family owned business. They are absolutely the best!

THANK YOU to M2 Plumbing & Drains LLC! They told me that I did not need to pay $15,000 to fix a leak that two other prominent plumbing companies said was coming from cracks in a pipe under my home. M2 was RIGHT and they fixed the problem for under a few hundred dollars! They even took the time to patiently explain and show me what they were doing in great detail and why the more expensive repair was not necessary. So the next time you check Google reviews for plumbers, don't use the big guys. Call M2!

They saved me from a horrible situation! I had used liquid drain and was about to purchase a snake when I decided that I needed expert help with my 2 backed up sinks. I'm a professional baker and was extremely busy during the holidays. They arrived within 30 minutes after 6pm, fixed the issue and I was back to baking in less than 2 hours! I'm so glad I found them listed with the HEB Chamber. I highly recommend them!

Very responsive family owned business. Contacted them around 8 pm on a Sunday night during nfl playoffs. When they learned that the stopped up drain was at an assisted living home they dispatched a crew that arrived at 9 pm. Within a hour the issue was resolved. Really appreciate their response to our situation. I Highly recommend them for their customer service !!

After the freeze last week we had a leak and no water for 3 days, I called M2 Plumbing and they were swamped but told me they would come on Saturday. They did as they said even though it was 7pm. They quickly found and fixed the pipe leak and turned on the water. Great job, professional and very nice guys. Will definitely use them again.

My water heater has been leaking for weeks. I called M2 Plumbing and he said he would swing by. He didn’t turn up, and I called the next day and he came and fixed it. FREE OF COST. He said it’s just the washer that I replaced and I made you wait, so I’m not gonna charge you anything. WOW!!! Hats off to M2 Plumbing.

If there were any way to add MORE stars than 5 stars on this review I would! These guys are solid gold! They fixed a problem that 3 other plumbing companies weren't able to fix within an hour! Two weeks of worry and hassle with other companies could have been reduced had we started with M2 in the beginning!
