Irich quickly determined where the leak with our faucet was coming from, determined the faucet needed replacement & did the replacement. He took great care to ensure the new faucet wasn't leaking & working as it should. I was very grateful they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called despite a busy schedule. We had a plumbing emergency that required immediate attention. Mike advised what to do right then and the next morning Irich, his son and partner, came out to do the repairs!
